how much do you weightlift?
Any reason in particular that this is a bad routine?
I'm eager to do this.
Are the words 'Schwarzenegger' and 'Routine' in the same sentence, aren't enough? This is aimed at a more advanced user. Focuses on volume, and lots of it. Taking in consideration that Arnold did drugs back in the day, I wouldn't know how to even qualify this routine as plausible for a trainee of your magnitude. Even though the program might be doable, and you might get results, there's no need for you to do that. You'll do fine with SS for a very long time. You won't get any extra special results from doing 'arnolds routine'.
^^
Adding to what Seith said, NEVER, NEVER, copy pro bodybuilder's routines.
Not only do they have far more training experience than you, they are also on a boatload of AAS. And people on gear respond better to lots of volume, most people not on gear don't respond well to heaps of volume.
Did max weight on the leg press today
shit is 1000x easier than fuking squats

yup, you don't really use any stability muscles SO YEAH
then I saw a guy load 30kg on the leg press and do 1/2 reps
i was like what the fuckk bro
I've been doing some push ups lately, and somehow this week. Everytime I've done like 15 continuous push ups, my left arm starts to ache like a bitch, especially at the shoulder area. Any tips on how I can fix this? Or if I should proceed with a better excersize technique.
you should proceed by going to a gym and getting a decent routine

Do you stretch? Idk what would cause you to have aches like that from push ups? How much do you weigh?

Try taking a break (a week or something).
I want to loose 1-2 lbs of B fat weekley, but I also want to gain muscle.
Got my Protein, and I got a gym subscription, I just need a good premade workout routine.
That's extremely doable but you're not going to have away to know if you actually achieved it without some serious equipment but if you work hard you can do that and more.

I'm willing. I'm just confused about Caloric intake, for a weightlifting/cardio routine.
Is it ok for me to work out 5 times a week as a beginner?
Wait...does weighed pull-ups grow lats back or wide?
Is it normal that my left arm is much weaker than my right? Is there a way to fix it?
Everyone is an individual. You might handle it, some won't that easily. Just follow Starting Strength. No need to lose brain power over this. It's not worth your time.

Start with the weaker arm every set. That's all I can give ya. That might help size wise.. strength wise, it's harder to do as humans have dominant limbs.

Weight or no weight, pull ups use the same movement. According to most sites, the Latssimus Dorsi is the target muscle.
How is this?

30kg? :raise: I have trouble believing there is a person alive that hasn't just got out of a prison camp that can't press at least ~60kg

Um.... it hurts because you are lifting weight. That's the whole point of exercise. If nothing is hurting then you're not doing anything right - that's not called hurt, it's called "feeling the burn" or some other similarly cheesy pseudo-macho line.
Your left arm aches like a bitch because it is your weaker arm. If you're right-centric then this is to be expected. If it's hurting at the shoulder area then that's simply because you have weak shoulders - pressups work the chest primarily, but also the triceps and shoulders. Your shoulders hurt first because they are probably the weakest of those three muscle groups.
There isn't anyway to "fix" it. You'll gradually build up strength and be able to do more pressups before this pain kicks in.
As for "proceeding with a better exercise", that's totally relative to what you want to achieve. If you want to do 100 pushups for some reason (no idea why you'd want to do that though) then no there isn't anything you need to change. Keep on truckin.
If you actually want to build weight/tone though then you need to buy some equipment or get a gym membership and start doing some proper training, not just pressups.
Is it normal that my left arm is much weaker than my right? Is there a way to fix it?
It's totally normal if you're right-handed. Being right-handed in writing probably means you're right-handed in everything else you do too, naturally using your right hand and right side of your body for pretty much everything. Doing this for your whole life makes that side stronger.
I'm left-centric and so I find everything easier with my left hand/leg/whatever.
To fix it you just have to work your right side more. It's not really something you need to fix though unless it's for sporting reasons (needing to get better with the left foot in soccer, needing to get better left punches in boxing/left kicks in martial arts etc etc)... it's just a natural progression of your body. How much is "much" weaker? Like, if you were doing dumbbell curls at the same weight on both arms, would your left arm be capable of a significant amount less reps? It only becomes a problem when you are so unbalanced in strength that you can't properly complete exercises that require both arms because your left arm is getting tired way before the right.
Had an excellent first day, tri's and chest. My arms are dead, but I'm not really feeling any soreness in my chest.

30 kg max on the leg press basically means the person cant use stairs.
If you max 30kg on the leg press, and the press has a 45 degree angle, you are actually lifting cos 45 x = 21kg~ (plus rack)
I mixed up some whey protein / milk but decided to put it in the fridge and drink it later when i work out.
It's still potent after like 5 hours in the fridge right?
Probably a dumb question :v:
I ran my track again (2.8 km, 1.7 miles) in 16-17 minutes which is a rather big improvement for me
yay

I don't think this is true, but I don't know enough about to be sure...

No it's not. Might as well throw it out. It's kinda like with how the bubbles from soda disappear. When you mix protein with water, you have to drink it pretty fast or all the protein will disappear. The reason this doesn't happen with meat etc. is because it's bound in more complex molecular structures (also why meat is not a liquid).

He thought it was a cardio machine
also it wasn't a regular leg press, it was a machine.
basically it was this: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Quadriceps/SLSeatedLegPress.html
max weight on it was ~250kg I believe.

Its simple physics. Ever wondered why they make gently sloping ramps for people with wheel chairs?
