I can show you a whole number of twinks who can get down to 5% bodyfat, and be lean and vascular as fuck everywhere, and still have shit looking abs. This is because the tendons they have aren't developed enough to give the look of deep cuts.
This look is done by ab work and HEAVY LIFTING.
This is why some of the worlds most elite strongmen have visible abs at like 15-17% bodyfat, some even at 20%, even if they do have a gut.

Tendons? What? Where is this information flowing from? because this seems far fetched. I agree to the fact abs might be larger due to exercise, but 'deep cuts'? I think that is purely genetical. In fact, I never really looked into it and that's interesting. Show me a picture.

My post in simple terms says calves are designed to do purely aerobics. The Gastrocnemius if I remember correctly has a 57%+- of type I fibers and the Soleus has 83+- type I fibers. In order to trigger them, you need to be working hard. They can take a lot of damage. Everyday? can't be too sure. Trial 'n error. Play basketball, trust me, it'll do the job.

My brother left me at the gym because he thought he was going to be late for his job. I had 1 more set left and he leaves at 2:45 without telling me because he had to go home and get ready for work. He has work at 4:00... It takes 5 min to get home by car. When It took me an hour and 15 min to walk. Now when I came home he's not here cause he left for work 30 min early and his job is 3 min away. Now I have to wait till 9 to beat the shit out of him

If you're referring to some sort of powerlifting, then I would say do it, 'cause it's important to get a feel of powerlifting as a beginning. Just be careful, have a spotter and don't too any movements too fast while starting out.

Nope. You body uses all the extra calories to build muscles, so it doesn't have enough for strength. That kind of muscle is mainly water, fat and carbs, no protein.

This doesn't exactly make sense when I read it but I guess you are trying to ask if you can still gain strength even though you're not gaining muscle mass? As in,you're not eating enough for your muscles to repair and grow optimally or at all?
How can you expect to get stronger if your muscles aren't developing? Sure it might increase vvverrrryy gradually but if that's happening then so is muscle growth. Mass follows strength. So no is the answer to your question.
Me and a friend joined a gym today, we get access to the 25 or so clubs they have and it's only like $30 a month for the both of us. The one we're gonna be using the most is actually the one my sister worked at a year ago, so I know a few of the trainers there.

Yes.
"strength" is mostly a neural adaptation to a task. It's entirely possible to get stronger without getting bigger, in fact it's necessary for some athletes who compete in a strength sport with weight classes.
However, a bigger muscle has more potential strength.
How many carbs should I be taking in daily with 1.25 hour lifting sessions. Still trying to lose 2 lbs of body fat per week.
Also covering about 4km walked in a day (how I get from place to place).

Strength doesn't correlate that well with muscle size. Low reps close to max and you don't gain that much mass. For an example, are powerlifters huge? Sure biggest weights are lifted by big motherfuckers, but here's a good example.

Look at his stick legs when he deadlifts. That motherfucker squat 190 kgs and deadlifted 225kg and benched 130kg this year at the same competition. He weighs 58kg
You need them especially if you're working out intensely. Helps you get the most out of your sessions.
In short they are a.source of energy for your body and if you aren't getting enough, your body will convert the protein you eat into fuel and that's bad for mass gaining progress
