Yeah, not very nice. After all, I can do only 74kg currently, although the lack of heavy plates plays its part.
I bet he maxes 500 lbs. give or take a zero or two

The name's Binsky yo.
I was retarded when I started and didn't do legs for about a year. I've been lifting for two years in all.
fuck my lower back is already killing me
oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
DL worked my upper back alot more than my lower, and my chest, and my legs.
Fucking MAZING workout, favorute one of all, I don't know about how well of an ab workout it is.
How work abs?
Did my first 135 lbs deadlift set today. Back is kinda sore.
I can only DL like 95, but I just started.
Are you guys doing these deadlifts at the gym or at home?
Been wanting to invest in an olympic barbell for a while now just keep forgetting to look around
gym
also I did weighted crunches with a 25kg plate at the gym too
everyone was mirin'
weighted crunches with a 25kg weigh on your chest O.o *tries*
EDIT: oh ok, I can do those too.
benched 60kg yesterday
felt pretty good.

use a decline bench (you're only held by your legs no hands whatever), put that behind your head. Minor change, bigger pain.
"minor" change my ass :P
But yeah, that would most likely prove to be impossible, especially because I wouldn't even be able to hold a 25kg plate in place behind my neck.

I did do it on a decline bench though lol

and if I put it behind my neck wouldn't I technically be using my hands?
Is it just me, or does your body fat turn cold when you exercise? Probably just cuz I'm flabby.
Body fat is fairly cold most of the time.
So I took you guys' advice about weight lifting and Shot put and I did great today! This thursday I finally got the Glide down and I gained 3 feet! It was amazing!
So I got to compete at the meet.

Thank you guys for your help! I got interviewed by a man from the Stars and Stripes for my discus too! I also beat all the guys from the hardest school in Europe. Just me and the other 2 throwers from my team placed!
You actually play that sport (what's it called?) and don't lift weights?
Shiiit.
Did this today:
*Squat 3x5 14kg warmup
*Squat 3x5 16kg
*Bench press 1x5 16kg warmup
*Bench press 2x5 18kg warmup
*Bench press 3x5 20kg
*Deadlift 3x5 18kg warmup
*Deadlift 1x5 20kg
I guess all that's good if you're new or something.
Keep liftin' iron! bro

That is Shotput. It involves mostly leg power but I DO lift weights. Thats what our entire practice is. Then 20 minutes of throwing.
I did do it on a decline bench though lol

Try and see for yourself. Even if you're holding it, the point is, you're going up along with the extra weight. No support, just going up, by the power of your abdominals alone.
It's even better than putting the weight on your chest-core area, as most people seem to cheat or just put the plate too low and by thus not actually lifting themselves along with the weight. If you put it behind your head, you'll HAVE to take the weight along with you.

Gym
A reasonable amount of weights on top of the olympic barbell will cost you a fuckton. You should just buy a gym card.

you know its almost always cheaper in the long run to get a home gym right
