okay so i'm now resting each muscle group 48 hours
what i don't understand is, can i do biceps/arms day then chest day the next?
Why would you do an arms day next to chest day when you could just do back/bi then chest/tri
ok
[QUOTE=Binsky;28362216]I am confuse.
I have pectus excavatum so that's why there's a "dent" in the middle of my chest lol.

oh I didn`t even notice I thought it was just the way your chest was

yes you can
I'm pretty sure incline is what give you more of a square chest. decline works the lower pecs and incline works the upper.
And thanks for making fun of my disability jerk...
Feels better working your bi's and tri's the same day apposed to back/bi's, chest/tri's.

yes so since it works lower pecs it`s what makes the big difference, it`s your lower pics that give you the square look
and I wasn`t making fun I was just saying how it`s not even noticeable that its a disability lol
I'm gaining weight way too fast, I'm already 135 pounds. I'm not really counting the calories, how the hell am I supposed to know how many calories are in a plate of spaghetti with cream.

how much weight were you before you started gaining, and how long ago was that?
you don't really need to count calories brah, just eat close to the same amount of food a day (a lot), and if you are gaining too much fat, just have a little bit less, like if you are having a plate of spaghetti with sauce, just have a plate with sauce and then take away a few forks worth of it and save it for later/tomorrow

119-125 is fine but you gained 10 pounds in a week?
have you started taking any supplements recently? it might be water retention, or carb bloat if you started eating more recently

Nope, I'm eating more cereal than usual.
Been eating proteins for months brah.
Edit
Woops, gained 5 pounds in a week* I used google to translate my kg to pounds. Because I don't have the slightiest idea of what pounds are.

Guys, let`s get this thread back up to speed. Ever since the subforum thing, we`re getting less unique users per day because it`s not as in your face, so we gotta get these here posts up so maybe people will notice us.
So, let`s talk about why we workout, what are YOUR reasons for hitting the gym?
Mine:
-to see myself progress and achieve my goals, and for DA PUMP
-not gonna lie here, quite a big part is for girls
-because I love to do physical activity, and working out lets me do it on my own time, and has me by my own mentor/coach, no one pushes me but me and this definitely helps with willpower
for me its
-its nice just to be in shape
-lookin good boosts self confidence
-stayin healthy
-I like doing physical activity as well, especially sports
-I like being strong :buddy:
funny thing though is if I don't work out for a while or I'm feeling lazy, I will really have to fight to get myself to go to the gym.
Once im actually working out its like the best thing in the world and I wanna keep working out all day.
What do?

if you start getting lazy just try to think of the good feeling you get when you DO workout, OR, look in the mirror, don`t flex anything, push out your stomach, get bad lighting going and look at yourself
^makes me want to lift hard everytime
My reason is simple, I figure I can get ugly and unhealthy as I get older OR I can get more attractive and healthier, the conclusion I drew from this was simple, I want to improve with age not degrade.
I work out
-for the health benefits
-to get bigger and better looking
-for the self confidenss boost
-because it feels like cumming
I work out because
-It's healthy
-I really like to pick things up and put them down
-Aesthetics brah, both for myself and for everyone else to mire
-Confidence
-Gyms are an awesome place to chat with your bros
-because it feels like cumming
I'm tired of being fat so I really want to start changing my daily habit of just sitting on my ass in front of the PC.
I'm 16 and 190 lbs. I plan on just running everyday and cutting down a bit on what I eat. What else should I do?
You should start lifting weights and counting calories too.
Quick question, does anyone remember a website posted in GD a couple months ago for "losing 2 pounds a week just by eating less" it was a really good online exercise logbook and it had basically every food and its calorie counts aswell. Anyone know what I'm talking about/got a link?
i work out because muscle
Is it me or are lateral raises the hardest fucking exercise EVER?!
I feel like I'm gonna injure my shoulder every time I do it.
I work out because I want to lose weigh without doing cardio and without reducing the amount I eat. Of course, getting stronger is nice too.
Still sick.

They're not really hard, but you have to use pretty light weights to be able to lift it properly. I use 8.5kg dumbells and then on my last set I do 10kg which I can only lift like 80% towards horizontal.
actually yeah it is pretty hard lol
