the book is huge as hell, but its got everything you need to know about bodybuilding
if i didnt read this book when i started out, i would be waaay behind and probably doing a lot of stuff wrong, i stole this book but still spending the money on it is worth it.

To me NotMeh looks like an odd combination of skinny and stout in the pictures. He'd look better if he had some more meat around his upper body. Any skinnier than that and he'd look like a freak.

Normally I'd be happy to advocate cutting for a skinnyfat dude who is still fairly small, just so he can have better progress and mental state in the long run, but you are not skinnyfat. You are just fucking SKINNY.
Like, you will be spinning your wheels trying to make a visual impact on your midsection because you literally do not have enough lean mass to make that impact.

I also find it funny how I didn't get any such comments for the old picture of me in the OP, where I literally had the same amount of muscle but 3% more bodyfat

yeah cutting after a 7 month bulk is just wrong
