And even though my knowledge will never be comprehensive enough, you should still take the quotes off, because even the most fucked up person in the world, would never consider that book an actual guidance to 'bodybuilding'. It offers no real evidence other than individual experience, from a guy who used steroids.

Just to clarify I merely gave my opinion when I stated he looks somewhat underfed to me. He is still more muscular than me. I'm fatter so I'm basing his looks on that. EDIT: as in I did not mean to hurt his feelings or anything, sorry if I did that.
Notmeh you must have been bulking wrong if you went seven months of bulking and you didn't gain more.
I don't have the money to go to the gym (getting a job soon though) So I do stuff at home. I do curls (35 lbs and 20 lbs it's all I got) Pushups (Regular, Spiderman, Diamond, and elevated) Situps (100-200 a day) and Pull ups (30 for biceps 30 for forearm) Is there anything else I can do to help build my muscle? My arms have grown 1 inch within the week, don't know if that's good progress or not. I'm mostly known for my pecks, but I want to get the rest of my body going as well. (Sorry for the mix up meant 1 inch. 13-14.)
Get a pull up bar you can put on your door-frame. They don't damage, are put up and taken down in a second, and pull-ups will help you work out more muscles. Also, you can easily devise a way to make the pulls more challenging by adding weight onto your body

They are pretty sturdy beams. It's also made my knuckles slightly rougher since the roof is metal and heats up and burns the tips a tad. I enjoy it though, the heat helps me sweat fat off. Yea I'm going to start using my weight vest again.
I really need to get bigger. I'm strong and wicked fit, but I'm a skinny fuck. There was a thread about it before but I can't seem to find it. Where should I start?

I have a problem, when I was 8, I fell off my friends porch, and broke my left wrist., since it healed, I have never had a problem with it. Now 16, since I've begun weight lifting, I can notice a pretty sharp pain in my left wrist exactly where I fractured it, I fear that If I put to much weight on it, i might break it again, or something, although I know that probably won't do much, but its fucking up my concentration when weight lifting.

In order to get 'bigger', you need to start consuming more calories than your body is burning. So let's say you burn 3000 calories a day. You would need to consume more than 3000 calories a day in order to gain weight. So if you wanna get bigger, eat more. Figure out what your BMR is(basal metabolic rate, or how much calories your body would naturally burn literally doing nothing) and add on the amount of calories you burn by being active, and consume more calories than what you are burning off. That is how you will gain weight. Gain weight, then you will gain muscle, then when you are sufficiently big enough, you can cut down on the fat, and your muscles will become more defined, and you will achieve the body type you want. Ask if you have any more questions, such as how to get calculate BMR, best way to eat more, etc.

I don't know? Because Idgaf? He described himself as "strong, fit, but a skinny fuck". If he is "strong and fit" then I assume he does SOME sort of weight routine, and if he is indeed a "skinny fuck" and wants to get bigger, then he obviously does not eat right, which is why I elaborated on that instead of what I think he should be doing weight training wise.
