K guise, I need a good bulking diet.. A clean bulk. I eat way to much McDonalds, and now I'm worried about my sodium intake per day, so I want to count down on that. I want to be really healthy, I'm trying to quit smoking, I'm going to cut down on the McDonalds a lot, I usually eat it twice a week, if not more. So, if anyone can make me a clean bulking diet, I'd love you forever and I'll be your gay slave, kidding. But help me out yo, thanks.
I'd imagine you could eat lots of beef, chicken, turkey and various nuts etc.

THe fuckadoodledoo? WHy 12 sets, you only need to do 3-4, and only 12,10,8,6 reps. Or something of that caliber.

Uhm.
20lbs in 10 months. So okay he hasn't done anything exceptional, especially being on the lighter side to begin with, but it's nothing to sneeze at either.
