im calling your routine bloated not you lol wat. i dont lift atm but ive made about 2 or 3 great split routines. i dont have them saved because i dont use them, if you want to see/use it then send a pm to binsky or i can text him right now if you really want

Well you could have posted a routine you used in the past instead of claiming you dont lift, also pics? lets see some progress pics and stats.

i dont like taking pictures of my self. former fat boy ~ super self conscious~ (stats are pre 250lbs currently 170 going to about 150 then bulking). ask binsky for his routine or look up madcow , west side, texas method ,or 5/3/1/ for good routines at your level of lifting
Ok well obviously your all talk mate, take a look at yourself before you come in criticizing other peoples routines or gains, and I bench more than you squat and I squat more than that so I dont know what your trying to say with my "level" of lifting but I think your all chop, be ready to put your money where your mouth is next time.

why would i need to take a look at my self when ive brought more people to become bigger than you than go to this subforum. when i said your level it was a compliment but i guess youre to much of a child to understand this. btw you look like you couldnt bench 100kg. and hey look binsky is back ask for his routine if you dont want to have that peice of shit routine anymore

Those are my base lifts that I am comfortable with atm yes, not my maxes or what I actually push at the gym. Anyway point is you are to beta to post your progress pics, and you are just jelly that I can gain 20lbs and still look better than you no matter how much fat you loose also 10months of trial and error not a year, ill be 70kgs by the time a year is done, first ever winter bulk :D
Also dont take credit for Binksy's progress lol he was fine before your god sent routine lol.

your progress for 10 months is slow as fuck. If you don't care about slow progress and just like lifting then that's fine but if you want to progress faster listen to gayswiss.
Fine what advice could caaaasus give me that i havent aleady heard, and yes I know its slow but its not my routine that needs fixing its my diet.. im very busy with uni and work so cooking up enough food is a pain in the arse.
most good foods you shouldn't have to cook, actually. And by the sounds of it your routine may need work, man.

Alright I cave... Here is my routine, if you guys point some things out to change ill change them and see what happens.
keep in mind this is an example I change it up a bit depending on the day.
Monday Chest:
Warmup light flies (3 sets of 8 reps)
Incline dumbell press (3 sets, 8 reps failing on last rep)
Bench Press (same as above fail on last rep)
Tuesday Arms:
Dips (3 sets till 10 reps)
barbell or EZ bar curls (3 sets 8 reps)
hammer curls (3sets of 10)
Skullcrushers (3 sets of 10)
Wednesday Shoulders:
front Raise (3sets of 8)
shrugs (3 sets 8 reps)
millitary press (3sets of 8)
Thursday Back
Deadlifts (3 sets of 8)
bentover barbell rows (3 sets 8)
Chins till failure
Friday Legs:
Squats (3sets 8)
calf raises (3sets of 8)
Lunges (3sets of 20 steps)

Yeah, I have an unlimited meal plan but there is always oats, spinach, beans, milk, chicken, etc. I also use whey with the milk. You have to be creative but it's definitely possible to see gains.
I eat around 1700-2000 calories a day while weight lifting, I'm trying to lose like 8lbs more body fat, then I'm done with fat.
Still trying to build muscle aswell.
I usually eat well over 100g of protein per day, I don't have many options with my budget/cooking skills.

and if you're in between weights, like lots of people are, or simply looking for something new, you know what, i'm not even going to try and prove it, i feel like my muscles already have.
Switching from 10-12 reps for 2 sets to 5 reps for 5 sets. Should've done this long ago.

Haven't been here for a while... Training is taking a massive impact at the minute. Got too much shit going on with personal stuff, money is tied up in holidays and car so have no money for a proper diet and motivation is at an all time low. Have been looking for a new routine to spice things up a bit but not really finding anything decent so far.
Need some motivation, big time!
