wow am I the only one who looks forward to every workout and whose motivation never sinks?
I haven't had a real work out in two weeks :( The ship I was on didn't have a great gym (which was to be expected). So I did what I could and worked on cardio. I was able to run two miles in 10:10 which isn't bad considering I haven't just ran in god knows how long... I'm getting back home today, though. Looking forward to finding a good gym to lift at over the summer. [editline]25th May 2011[/editline]
wow am I the only one who looks forward to every workout and whose motivation never sinks?
I'm with you. I look forward to working out everyday. [editline]25th May 2011[/editline]
Haven't been here for a while... Training is taking a massive impact at the minute. Got too much shit going on with personal stuff, money is tied up in holidays and car so have no money for a proper diet and motivation is at an all time low. Have been looking for a new routine to spice things up a bit but not really finding anything decent so far. Need some motivation, big time!
GO LIFT SOMETHING HEAVY!
wow am I the only one who looks forward to every workout and whose motivation never sinks?
Nope, i like to work out too, when i went to the gym it was meditation heaven for me, somehow lifting weights over my body weight has this relaxing .. effect love it! too bad i gained like 30kg since my dad died, well at least i didn't lose much muscle mass and can still lift, this past year i haven't been exercising at all.. Man i love exercising, maybe i'll go back to the gym when i get cash and overall not being depressive
wow am I the only one who looks forward to every workout and whose motivation never sinks?
I used to but its all downhill for me at the minute. Had a load of shit going on which meant I haven't been able to hit the gym as often as I like, not having the cash to eat properly means gains and weight progression have slowed right down. All of that with noticable negative results are making it hard to get back into. Guess a fresh start is needed, new diet and new routine and hopefully shit will start picking up again. Was supposed to be doing that this week but I picked up a fucking chest infection, shit's not good.
wow am I the only one who looks forward to every workout and whose motivation never sinks?
I'm not always looking forward to every workout, but I never miss them. I only need motivation diet wise.
Just eat everything.........
wow am I the only one who looks forward to every workout and whose motivation never sinks?
I always look forward to working out. Motivation can be a little wandering, but always increases during workout.

That's mainly a chest exercise yo. It does work the lats but not really worth labeling it as a lat exercise [editline]25th May 2011[/editline] Like you should really not do those if you're focusing on lats... [editline]25th May 2011[/editline] seriously

working out drunk went better than expected
working out drunk went better than expected
That sounds smart.
working out drunk went better than expected
Would not recommend making a habit of this. Depending on how drunk you are your muscles over exert themselves very quickly and can give out and cause serious injury. [editline]25th May 2011[/editline]
thats not me
LOL U GAY, BOY
you dont know the context!!! i had to out gay him
Well it looks like you succeeded
What would be better for fat burning, running or swimming? I would have thought swimming because you use your whole body? Or does it just depend on what you like better, better at, etc.?
I'd say swimming but it depends really. There are variable like you said
