Well if your house is big enough to get a golden car inside and maintain it, there's a relatively high chance price won't be much of an issue.
My house can fit two cars inside, I guess I'm the next Bill Gates.
Hmmmm, I've seen this somewhere before...
Imagine doing this with 3 screens
Poof! Your wish has been granted! :D

The Cruden Hexatech simulator is billed as the ultimate driving sim. Which it had want to be, since it costs $191,000.
Suspended off the ground by hydraulic rods, the Hexatech can be customised with the car body type of your choice, comes with either three 42" screens or two "wrap-around" ones, and costs...yeah, $191,000.
Regardless of the technology involved - and the clip above shows it's definitely impressive - at that kind of price, it's sadly restricted only to companies with good accountants and celebrities with bad ones.
For that kind of money, I'd buy a sportscar... :/

I went to an arcade once and they had something like that, it was a seat in a ring, which itself was inside another ring, so it could rotate however it wanted, quickly too. The problem wasn't the difficulty of the game, it was keeping your lunch down (one of my friends turned into a geyser when he tried it).

Was it the Sega's Afterburner arcade, by any chance?

Quite possibly.

Nope, it was very different. Think of a large ring with a smaller one inside, and inside of the smaller one was the seat (which you were fastened onto). I don't really remember the details of it since it was a long time ago.
I need one of those. I would bring back:
