My .357 EAA SA Army runs great and I've had no problems with it. It was only $400 too.
My .357 EAA SA Army runs great and I've had no problems with it. It was only $400 too.
I'm looking for a DA, not a SA.
I'm looking for a DA, not a SA.
eaa windicator
How do you feel about the SCCY? thinking about selling mine and getting something more reliable.
Mine has been more or less 100% reliable. I had my very first malfunction today. Failure to eject, because the new magazine I was losing wasn't seated all the way. The other two seat well this new one you really need to tap it. For $200 I don't think there is a better handgun. Also my KSG didn't malfunction at all when I shot 100 shells through it. The only thing is I didn't tighten the selector lever all thew way so near the end it was switching tubes with recoil. I tightened it when I got home. Also blew up a fuck ton of tanerite. The explosion near the end was big enough that it knocked my neighbors clock off his wall and hit him in the head. He came over to bitch at us. Also I shot some Dragon's breath.
All I can get hold of is airsoft guns and hunting rifles. Kill me
Isn't Sweden basically frozen nothing outside of like, it's two major cities? Just buy a rusting AK from one of the refugees and run up north and shoot moose or something

It hasn't happened recently, but when I first got the gun it was being finicky. The guy I bought it from said it hadn't been fired much but didn't give me an actual indication of how many rounds he put through it. Maybe it just needed breaking in? I like the gun, I just want to be able to rely on it to throw lead when I want it to.
One malfunction out of 200~ rounds is good enough for me when it was $200 and I don't actually use it as a CCW gun. I keep it in a foot rest in the living room. It's clearly a cheaply made gun. The ejector on mine rattles a fuck ton and when I got it there were metal shavings in all the slide grooves and stuff. But it hasn't been all that bad. Like I said I think my only malfunction was because I didn't seat the magazine all the way. Bonus points because it's not a quarter as ugly as Hi-Point.
I've been looking for one, but I can only find compacts locally. I'd order one online but after FFL fees and shipping it seems like I'm getting fucked, usually. I'd rather buy one from a store around here if I can, and there's a lot of 2022s and 250s locally.
Yeah that can be frustrating. I've only seen compacts at my local store as well.
All I can get hold of is airsoft guns and hunting rifles. Kill me
Not even sporting stuff, like O/U shotguns or anything?
Not even sporting stuff, like O/U shotguns or anything?
Yes, but very rare. There's gun clubs that has automatic and semi shotguns, and huge variation of sidearms. But you need to register and pay a hefty sum for firering their guns at a range, with 100% surveilance from a drill instructor. You can't own anything, not even our soldiers can. Still we have almost as much hunting rifles as Canada, and getting one is very easy.
Damn that's shitty, so you can only own guns there if you're a hunter?
Damn that's shitty, so you can only own guns there if you're a hunter?
Yes. Unless you're the 5% that actually get approval to own a specific class of weaponry, which is still practicaly nothing. Swedish citizens has a strong ideal that "there's no point of owning a weapon".
Well the government just randomly gave me $400 in extra tax rebates, and my insurance company is paying me $330 on the 7th for cancelling my policy, so I'm debating increasing my budget to put me in the range of a S&W.
I have a fully automatic Galil AR among other guns. You all can be jelly now. :D
Is that Umenat? God it's been forever since we've had Umenat around shitting up the thread.
If you're part of the Estonian Defense League (Kaitseliit?) you are issued a Galil to keep at home I think Estonia's gun laws seem quite reasonable and fair.

Just found a Security Six for $350, but it's prohibited due to having a 4" barrel. Fuck Alan Rock, Jean Chretien, and the Liberal Party.
Just found a Security Six for $350, but it's prohibited due to having a 4" barrel. Fuck Alan Rock, Jean Chretien, and the Liberal Party.
No grandfather clause. Damn that sucks.
Is that Umenat? God it's been forever since we've had Umenat around shitting up the thread.
Where did he go even? Does anyone have his steam or anything? I actually had some reasonable discussions with him a while a go but then he went missing :(
Where did he go even? Does anyone have his steam or anything? I actually had some reasonable discussions with him a while a go but then he went missing :(
He probably blew himself up with that JB weld Makarov of his :( Rest in peace comrade
Isn't Sweden basically frozen nothing outside of like, it's two major cities? Just buy a rusting AK from one of the refugees and run up north and shoot moose or something
75,000-100,000 USD fines, and 4-10+ jail if caught :v:
No grandfather clause. Damn that sucks.
There is a grandfather clause, but only for the people who owned one when the law came into force in 1998. I was 5, so I'm fucked. If the Conservatives win the next election though it's part of their platform to rescind all these bullshit bans now.
Pictures?
Pics of the barrel so we can see all the slag in it, rendering it inoperable. How shit is a Llama Comanche III in .357? I know usually Llamas were regarded as lesser than Astra or Star, but how shit is it really?
How shit is a Llama Comanche III in .357? I know usually Llamas were regarded as lesser than Astra or Star, but how shit is it really?
Really depends. Like Taurus, they have had decent guns, and guns where the barrel flies down range. Inspect it. It looks good, feels good, feels tight, consider it. Don't spend over 350 on one.

Don't spend over 350 on one.
Normally I'd say don't touch a Taurus with a 10ft pole, but if it's just for putsing around then it's not that big of a deal. When you buy one it's really luck of the draw, with some being utter shit new in the box and others where if you were blindfolded you couldn't tell the difference between it and a smith. I've literally sent back dozens of Taurus's new in box because of stupid shit like reversed cylinder releases, completely fucked timing, free spinning cylinders, non-functioning extractors, etc. Granted I send those back before they even get a chance to be sold so the customer doesn't have to deal with it. With that being said, even though I get my pick of the lot shit still ends up happening. I've got a 2" Tracker .44 mag that I hand picked out of a lot of 15. Triggers smooth as glass, lock up crazy tight, etc. But when I shoot full .44 mag out of it the cases love to stick. Of course this was an easy fix but damn, that shouldn't be happening out of the box. Long story short if you intend on carrying it go out and shoot it before putting it on your hip, and send it in if it's fucked. And of course check everything you can think of before even thinking about filling out any paperwork.
