I have large hands and I like Czech guns and I think a Grand Power K100 would be pretty awesome, and I would even enjoy a Lionheart LH9 (basically a Korean S&W clone). Realistically though, aren't most modern handguns of USA origin due to the fact that they copy the operation of the 1911 or Browning Hi Power?

Absolutely garbage grip safety design aside, why choose an SD or a M&P when a glock or CZ or any other gun is superior in every way?

No, because selling one firearm doesn't mean "in the business", unless they define it that way. In which case, I have an FFL and will ship guns to my door.
They have to define what constitutes a transfer as well; does renting a firearm constitute a transfer, since I pay money to take possession of it for a specified period of time?

Nah, I wouldn't go "stress testing" the vert grip by smacking it on a picnic table or anything but its held on fine. I guess worst case scenario if it comes off, you're just back to square one with just a rifle rail lol

It's not made by century arms, it's a seriously good rifle, and it has the paddle mag release which is better than the push button on the G3 style rifles.

I own a C308 Sporter and I ended up getting the paddle release added on by a gunsmith. It's definitely a worthwhile feature to have since I shoot left handed.
I can't say much for the QC for PTR. But let's just say my experience with CA has been OK so far.
