george bush was a dim-witted failure of a leader. he pushed for two wars that were incredibly unpopular with the american people, he plunged the US into debt with a bad situation that the current government is still trying to lift itself from, and he parroted ronald reagan at every whim, not even clever enough to find his own ways to fuck americans.

But most of the debt this year is because of the current presidency.
