Its really good, the first game also had a good soundtrack but i can't listen to it as it scares the hell out of me with banging metal and loud noises. This one has some really good songs that are more akin to actual music.

Marvel vs Capcom has some of my favorite jazz songs, and some of the best stage music of all time (imo). No I am not talking about the "take you for a riiide" song. I just love the jazz, the bass is amazing, the drums are amazing, and it's just plain catchy. Lots of people hated it though, maybe because they thought it didn't fit or they didn't appreciate good jazz music.
