I think it just negates the damage, like when you get melee'd with it up.

I had a weird dream last night that went all the over damn place, but at one point, for some reason that I still cannot fathom, it involved Super Best Friends Pogs. Aside from the stickers on them, they were all blue and they were sold in these little mesh bags for $10 per bag.
Which is especially weird considering I haven't watched them in months.

I'm pretty sure he aid at the beginning he'd tried it on a higher setting and it broke, so yeah they're stuck with it.

Yes actually, thats what i have written down.
All the current playthroughs are really uninteresting to me. I'm tired of woolie being in everything. I don't know how he went from "oh don't mention Mr. Madden on video he'll get angry" to being in the majority of videos.
Omikron would be nice but I feel like them using a guide is somehow taking a lot out of it, even though I don't blame them since it practically seems like a necessity. It doesn't have the same appeal as the later cage games that are straight line trainwrecks that you bumble through quite easily.
Disaster Report is great though, one of their best in a long time, so I'm looking forward to more of that.
I don't mind Woolie at all, but yeah right now I'm only watching Omikron, and even then it's not one of their better LPs so far.
Don't care at all about JoJo or Megaman X.
Disaster Report was pretty good IMO. Omikron is okay, but it feels like they're just blundering through it- which works fine with David Cage's other games- but Omikron is not a linear path.
Still worth watching because of the Grade-A David Cage bullshit. (especially pt.10 holy shit)

Their Inside lp is pretty quiet, otherwise lower the volume like a regular person would
Their banter is funny at least, unlike a lot of other LPers who just scream at games for seemingly no reason
