Urgh, I hate how they didn't even give Dead Space 3 a chance on the shitstorm, "Look at this call of duty shit, you fight humans all the time!" Like no? There are like three sequences in total where you fight people, and they barely got past the intro. Plus Isaac has been consistently pissing Unitologists off for the past two games, it only makes sense they'd want him dead now. It's a perfectly serviceable game and the co-op is tons of fun
As someone who just beat that game, holy god no. Sure, it has parts where it fluctuates into actually competent and interesting, the rest of the time it's a complete mess. For every good area there are three bad, they basically replaced the main enemy from the previous games with a generic zombie that becomes broken strong when you split it in half, and all of the encounters are not very well designed and just throw wave after wave of enemies. Also they cut out the final chapters and sold them as DLC, including the ending
but why would howlongtobeat lie to me -matthew k. 2016
http://howlongtobeat.com/game.php?id=16238 turns out reboot doesn't have a time till finish. Also tbf reddit posted an old fans blog on david cage games. The person linked the archived development blog. http://omikrongame.blogspot.com.ar/1996/10/week-1.html I stumbled upon it when looking into Quark and last, (blast was going to be a beat em up, matrix meets hp love craft) The last blog post makes me think I've seen this before, where he quits on david cage because all he makes are phone games. http://omikrongame.blogspot.com.ar/2013/02/qd-stories-like-new-iphones.html
So. Sorry, Quantic Dream, you are disapointing with this casual games (or you prefer to call that interactive stories) that you making and working at. Probably if you will move on tablet market with that you have a great success is waiting you there, as that is where yours "interactive story" slogan would be perfect as like reading a book when moving somewhere. As for now I am absolutely fan of yours first work "Omikron" but for now I do not need yours next generation "iPhone".
oh, pat's trainer is in the blog links http://omikrongame.blogspot.com/2003/11/files.html aaand windows defender says it's malware
I don't think anyone has ever beaten the Reboot game
Another year, another Alien: Isolation video where they barely play any of the game and take no time whatsoever to try and learn the mechanics. -sigh-
A sort of fast paced horror game was not the game to give to Matt, who nearly has Woolie's lack of a sense of direction coupled with an inability to point towards things that aren't the walls. Half of the video was Pat telling Matt where to look (and correctly, too) and Matt not turning the full way, resting his view on some useless map prop, or just not turning at all.
How do they have trouble with the scanner, like legit how. It points to the direction with little room for error. Also "Matt it is in front of you" he fucking turned around
They're all gonna have aneurysms, aren't they? [editline]13th October 2016[/editline] Liam's gonna walk into a room of corpses going "wha hapen"
Liam walks into the room and says timidly: "I forgot the cookies!" But no one yells at him back.

Shoulda had Pat on the wheel the whole time, maybe we'd have gotten a little farther in the time they spent recording.
The PSVR stream's postponed to tomorrow. But they will be streaming longer to make up for it.
I don't think anyone has ever beaten the Reboot game
the wikipedia has too much of a spoiler. There is not only [sp]hexadecimal is the final boss[/sp] but also [sp]there are two bad endings[/sp] but you [sp]step into a time portal in the two bad ones[/sp]
Did Pat and Woolie just confirm a Titanfall 2 LP on the latest Friendcast? I hope Woolie buys it on PC so he can use his horrific Overwatch setup
Am I crazy or were we supposed to get an Overwatch video back in the summer? What ever happened to that?

DS3 had its problems for sure, but it's still a solid game. If they had gone a bit further they would've got more proper Dead Space gameplay/ enemies. [editline]13 october 2016[/editline] And I think past that first area you actually dont fight human enemies again (aside from humomorphs), for the rest of the game, if not then for a majority of it.
It's annoying when they're too busy talking about how bad the game is to notice the neat little details. Like the stasis tutorial bit, they keep talking about all the people Isaac just killed despite him specifically saying those were unmanned cargo transports being controlled remotely.
I think DS3 had it's moments. Definitely the weakest of the 3 by far, and has more than enough questionable design decisions to the point where I can't blame people for hating it, but I enjoyed my time with it. I especially liked the parts where you were going between the derelict ships before touching down on the planet. Felt the most like proper Dead Space.
I hope eventually that they'll play the Dead Space 2: Severed DLC, it's short enough for a shitstorm I think. although it's not on PC and is kinda a mini-sequel to Dead Space Extraction (which is exclusive to the Wii and the PS3.)
Something about the video opening with Liam complaining about a Console game ported to Vita and 3DS just makes me laugh.
My God, why have I never seen this before? Jesus Christ Pat lmao. "You'd leave a beautiful corpse." "Because this side of your brain is like, easy bake oven, and this side is making babies."

https://www.twitch.tv/superbestfriendsplay stream is up
The audio didn't work, and now there's reverb and they're underwater. Great stream. How do they still mess up the audio? It just boggles my mind .
Liam "Sit on the edge of the couch" Miller
coulda sworn they'd already played this
Holy shit Woolie and REZ Infinite
Hype so strong, it's making the stream crackle
Hype so strong, it's making the stream crackle
Of course when Woolie, the stream tech guy, goes into VR, all technical hell breaks loose. Oh no, woolie's gonna GIVE UP.
