LPing was a mistake
I mean, he admits mistakes and hopefully that means we won't see this problem in the future. Hopefully.
Speaking of ep 25, it went on Vessel today- [sp]with a "Final?" added to it. That glitch must have been fucking bad[/sp]
If it was a game other than Omnikron I'd be more upset, but honest this shit is so bad it doesn't even really bother me.

Not saying that Pat's thought process was good, but just saying it doesn't really bug me.

I wonder what the boyz will be doing about this- kinda feels like this sneaked up on everyone, not just us subscribers.

I actually read up on this game before and I think that the monsters all having different gameplay quirks to be pretty cool.

can someone tell me in detail what the [sp]glitch is[/sp] I want help out. In fact [sp]if this glitch has corrupted all of their saves. I can send them a save file of where they left off of, exact same state or better state[/sp]

Anyone else feel that this year's shitstorm selection is a bit underwhelming in comparison to the previous?
We'll see how the final days are as I remember last year's being the greatest.
Although, I don't think anything will top Spooky for a while

Too many shitty games that aren't scary this time around. Granted they've played like 120ish spooky games at this point so some are bound to be duds.

There's only so many good horror games to go around.
I just wish they'd do a bit more research beforehand.
Like, you've got games that work GREAT for shitstorm vids. Games like Ju-On, Spooky's House of Jumpscares, and Lucian 2; goofy shit that gets right to the meat and potatoes.
But then they'll pick games like, say, Amnesia, where nothing happens for the first two hours because it's all buildup. So we get a 30-60 min video of them just walking around dark hallways, doing their best to make meaningful conversation.
Either edit the videos so we get right to the parts of the game that are interesting to watch, or stick to shorter stuff that gets to the point way quicker.
I love their content, but I also hate how transparent they are with putting out a short video for a game they're not playing properly, like Hello Neighbor or Alien Isolation. That has the opposite problem, of being plenty interesting from the start, but they'll spend 30 minutes halfheartedly trying to complete the first 10 minutes of the game before just giving up.
Shitstorm is a mixed bag, honestly.
I like it just fine, but Rustlemania and theme-weeks are where the real golden moments are at.

How did they manage to record the in-game music, but no actual sound effects, monster sounds noises or voice logs?

Anatomy was a strong contender to start with and I don't think a shitstorm has topped it yet this month.

I maintain that stuff like Anatomy is the way to go for future Shitstorms. You need to either finish it in less than two hours or get to something spooky in fifteen minutes or less. When it comes to one-shots, brevity is key; no one wants to watch JUST the first 40 minutes of something like Chrono Trigger, the same is true when it comes to horror games.
I sometimes wish that Woolie and Liam would appear more often in the Shitstorms.

If Liam is included Pat had better stock up on spare mice before hand.
I thought they tried to solve the problems of some games not being good as one-offs by doing more in-depth playthroughs than lasts a week.
What happened to that

wasn't as well received as a month of one-offs and doesn't get as much views, probably
[QUOTE=Yogkog;51260932]It's a bit more complicated than that because I think the game audio is getting very slightly more delayed over time, so he'll need to do some cutting and audio speed compression. Regardless, it'd take like 2 minutes and considering that this is his job, there's really no excuse.

Audio problems? In a best friends video? Not possible.

It's more likely than you think.

[sp]Tetra Factory, trying to place all timed bombs- In the area just after crossing the green goo using a factory pulley, regardless of whether they use the steps or jumping down, the character dies mysteriously. If you could provide a save right after that point, preferably with max savediscs, you would be a runsaver.[/sp]
They should really do a LP of FEAR. God I love that game, and I bet a whole lot more people do aswell.
Ithon could be the savior of the LP while also being hated by Matt, Woolie, and Pat at the same time.

oh that, I figured it out as I had the same problem, I even emailed them in advanced. Which I think is the reason why woolie switched to the other walkthrough, but if Woolie did read my email didn't see me saying to [sp]hug the left wall, the subway car's hitbox might had glitched[/sp]
In fact I put in caps [sp]INVISIBLE DEATH[/sp]
It's possible to be a lucky Ted and just run through and I've done it once, but I figured it out because it would had been more of a thing discussed it wasn't passable to whoever got the bug.

Well, send them a tweet, or maybe another email, detailing how to get past it in any way you can. You're the expert, after all :v:
Jeeze, the audio mixing in the podcast is all over the place.
