I know that's Liam's favorite but just like FFVII Crisis Core, the legacy has been passed to Pat and now he's showing the way to Darlington.
And you know, no matter how many times i watched and played this demo by others, i always get excited.
It's a REAL hype demo, to be fair. I just hope the rest of the game retains the weirdness of Nier.

when I heard about the situation I went to work on a painting of Pat eating chocolates in the closet, and was going to do one with Woolie in his cyberpunk gear...
Pat's face broke the pen on my tablet somehow and now I have to wait for a replacement.
I'm kinda disappointed that their reactions to the reveal were so not genuine, but I'm glad they're giving exposure to this game!
I hope they keep going with this, some of the most interesting stuff I've seen in months. Definitely seems inspired by a similar looking game:

I think that was a woolie specific advice. Because he's not a great parry.
The first time I played Dark Souls I spent 2-3 hours bashing my head against the Black Knight instead of progressing, and beat it by perfecting my parries and doing that until it died.
This is probably why it took me about five hours to decide that I actually liked Dark Souls.

omikron is their newest masterpiece, sonic unleashed became an unexpected goldmine as well (though it's on hiatus now)
otherwise the classics are the sadness trilogy and deadly premonition

Out of the recent ones i keep going back to the Punisher letsplay, its just a nice complete letsplay where the 3 of them bounce off eachother and talk about stuff outside of whats actually happening on screen.

yakuza 4 for how quickly and cleanly pat explains the plot at every cutscene, giving them plenty of room to goof off and make jokes without losing what's going on

I love the Yakuza 4 LP. It got me into the series and i really love them playing solid slightly complex games with tonnes of dumb shit.
Shame Matt didn't want to play another in the series or we might have gotten a Yakuza 5 lp.
paige is so much better than pat and woolie at bloodborne it's hilarious, and she has like lupus, cerebral palsy, osteoporosis, etc. just all the crippling diseases.
