i fully expect woolie to be the most invested in the playthrough given time, he just needs characters that he knows

Pretty much what Pat said- why put them in at the start if they'll die horribly? Hopefully if/when they fail out of the current playthrough they'll start the next runthough with that just to appease Woolie's sick desires.
Off topic, what would you guys like to see from a Ustabiaz Monday Morning Menaces intro? Right now I've thought up the liam substitute welcoming in the three other members, ripoff products being ripped into, and looking through the games from bottom to top. As someone who loves things inversed, the Ustabiaz is right up my alley.

I think it started as "man Marcellus is just a better woolie" which spread out as "who is the evil/better counterpart to the men of the zaibatsu", with 3/4th of the cast fitting almost too perfectly (I don't know how Taka fits in). In the end, both parties are having fun, so its all good.

NBA is great on a Sadness Trilogy level and XCOM is just waiting for something to go horribly horribly wrong by pure chance.
