I don't really mind Pat being overlevelled for an LP. While it's fun to watch 'em fuck up, it is nice not to worry about them needing to consult Mr. Snipsnip as much.

Getting a weird-ass video on sunday. vessel spoilers if you give a shit about that: [sp]woolie and eli (plague of gripes) doing the black desert character creator, and only the character creator - less than 10% of the video is actual gameplay - for two hours. they think of a backstory and personality for the character and everything. they go super in-depth and talk about all kinds of weird design concepts. i thought it was a pretty interesting video. Seeing their reactions to the Watchers was the best. I can't wait to see how they react to the Nameless King and[sp]Soul of Cinder[/sp]who are even hyper then the Watchers.
I got to say, I doubt he'd be doing so well, even as overleveled to fuck as he is, if poise was working. The fact that the watchers stagger on any hit makes it a cake walk.

I'm not too worried about Pat overleveling. No matter what level you are, if you're not already familiar with what comes next, you're going to fuck up.
I'm sad that Pat likes Scythes, as FROM fucking KILLED Scythes in DS3, they have all the problems that the heavy weapons have in the game (FROM apparently hate STR/Big Weapons and made them ass in DS3) but don't scale well or break enemy poise at all.
And I mean [I]all scythes[/I], every last one of them, even the spell that is a scythe is terrible

he's grinding off-screen all the time so it balances out
Anyone notice Woolie has been quite quiet for a while? I noticed in the streams as well that he kinda just keeps to himself more often. Hope he's ok or I'm just imagining it.

The hell are you talking about, STR builds are king in ds3.
