Expensive but quite possibly one of the best. [thumb]https://i.imgur.com/auf3FKl.jpg[/thumb]
Who sells it?
Who sells it?
Sainsbury's (my local one down the road sells it) or Waitrose afaik.
there was a ben and jerries temporary flavour recently that had banana ice cream, and it was incredible. but no one sells banana ice cream anywhere, so I keep getting maccies banana milkshakes to compensate for that taste
There's a bar in Glasgow where they cook with Scottish popular foods/drinks including Irn Bru and Buckfast. Had its own segment in Munchies on Vice. Only ever had a pizza there but it's a cool bar (Bar Bloc).
"Why make a sausage square?" This is why there was never an English Enlightenment.
Watching that video made me miss Chicken Parmo's from Middlesbrough. The only thing I do miss from that place. God they were fucking delicious
bloc is a shitty bar

fuckin shite day. woke up this morning and suddenly felt faint and nauseous, went pale as a pool of cum, went to get some fresh air but the farmers have been spreading manure so I just got hit with the smell of cow shit. I've been having these faint episodes every now since I was like 12-13, so I booked a doctor's appointment, but my GP is fuckin useless, so it could be nothing or it could be total organ failure, the guy told me fuck all other than "it's similar to what diabetics have but it's not diabetes, try lying down next time it happens" was telling my ex gf about this over snapchat, felt nice to have someone to talk to about it, when I noticed she was typing a little differently to usual. turns out it was her mental ex on her account without her knowing :v: I realised pretty quickly it wasn't her when he asked to meet up. just one of those fuckin dumb days you have to laugh about init

Gotta treat yourself to your favourite things tonight fella. I feel for you man.
I've just stopped some woman in the Co-op car park for scratching my car with her door, as I go to inspect the scratch and feel it. It comes off on my finger. It was bird shit.

Last time I had it bad was after I got fired from my job back in January, I fainted after getting out of bed too quick to go for a piss, headbutted a massive hole in the wall and got a nice deep gash on my forehead. Hospital couldn't find anything wrong with me, took blood, pressure, just glued my head back together and sent me on my way like I was humpty fucking dumpty.
Huh. Same. I've fainted at work a couple of times thankfully in the backups so there was no around to kick up a fuss.

So I'm taking up a new job in Manchester with a start date in late January. Moving out of home for the first time. Moving over 250 miles away. Where is good to live around Manchester which isn't a shithole, with good internet and not too expensive?
depends how far out you're happy to go, where you're traveling to etc. Manchester city or suburbs?

Avoid Weaste and Avoid Eccles, avoid Cheetham Hill and Oldham and Rochdale and I think you'll be alright. [editline]11th October 2017[/editline] Get on the FPUK discord cause there's a few mancs including myself there as well
depends how far out you're happy to go, where you're traveling to etc. Manchester city or suburbs?
My job will be at Piccadilly Station but I'll be looking to move no more than an hour's commute away
My job will be at Piccadilly Station but I'll be looking to move no more than an hour's commute away
I live by Worsley at the moment which has good road and bus links and is a really nice area, some very pricy parts though. you're a train driver right? take a look at newton-le-willows, lived there for 20 years and probably plan to go back. 20-30 minutes to either manchester or liverpool on the train (i'm assuming you get a nice discount or rail pass for commuting) and it's a genuinely lovely place. good motorway links, train station is currently being renovated too that's just one of your suburban/commuter options i'm sure there's other north westers with recommendations. and a few people that live in the city
i'm going to be emigrating to finland next year i will miss the meal deals i think
i'm going to be emigrating to finland next year i will miss the meal deals i think
In Finland, you might be able to find similar kinds of shit but it's mostly a packed sandwich + a drink is the usual deal, small crisp packets aren't a thing there.

I'll get free travel on Northern and TPE so that's not an issue. Newton-le-willows looks good - thanks for the suggestion.
Absolutely fuming about work right now. The company executive just texted us at 9PM saying "Call ASAP to discuss weekend work", when earlier today he explicitly stated that this week we wouldn't need to come in this weekend, given that the past four weeks we've worked non-stop, 7 days a week. He can fuck right off with that shit.
I had lamb rogan josh once and it was awful, is this intentional?
Some ketwigs are handing off fake £20 notes in work. They're really good imitations except the feel is a bit off. Problem is, if you accidentally accept one and put it in the till, you get docked £20.
My job will be at Piccadilly Station but I'll be looking to move no more than an hour's commute away
East manchester has the main road going into town and directly to Piccadilly station. I'm pretty sure you can probably get in the staff parking before even hitting the town traffic.
AYY cunts I'm in your country so I came for the bants and good chat
