if I dislocate my knee then doctors can help ease the pain by giving me a swift punch in the face to knock me out cold before they mess with that.
I just channelled the pain into anger and it helped me push through and put it back in
I read that out of context then and thought you were talking about poop
Never dislocated anything Worst injury I ever got was bent rib that nearly punctured my lung, but dislocated anything sounds WAY worse because I've seen how you fix that and I want NO part of that :v:
I dislocated my shoulder when I was like 7. Was going down one of those slides in a park, my hand got caught at the top and when I went down it swung me off the slide, and held me for like a split second before my hand freed itself.
i decided long ago to stop moving so i'll never dislocate anything
Dislocated my knee twice, wouldn't wish it on anyone - Tough cookie doing it yourself!
I just channelled the pain into anger and it helped me push through and put it back in
I sound like an edgy kid but I've started "disarming" non-vomiting nausea and pain lately by reciting a mantra that it's just a physical process. Sounds weird, but understanding it makes it easy to ignore. I do the same with really spicy food.
my apartment is a shithole and I need to tidy it up, but I can't cause I'm being hammered with uni work (assignments, deadlines, group projects). I'm fuckin tired of having a tonne of shit in the kitchen and being unable to cook. I'd totally shell the money out to just get a cleaner in to sort it all out for me, but legitimately can't bring myself to do it out of how embarrassed I'd be letting someone see how messy this place is. Been meaning to tackle it over the weekends but god damn, when you're being bent over by assignments, the little spare time you have you just wanna chill, not work up a sweat tidying things. Gonna wait til Christmas break and get most of the stuff done then hire a cleaner to finish up when it's a little less embarrassing. I just want a tidy kitchen so I can cook shit whenever I want again, instead of constantly ordering takeaway.

After it was done she said she wanted to kill herself it was that bad. (thankfully she didn't, she just went to Costa del sol.) So I wouldn't be embarrassed about your mess, they probably deal with worse. :v:
Does dislocating a rib still count. Not a joint but
I've been adopted by a bunch of Russians I met whilst playing R6 Siege who invited me to their Discord. These guys are chill. They communicate purely via memes: the universal language. Their English is so broken and hard to understand, but when they're saying shit like "Got eeeem!", "Why you always lyin" or "Bitch you guessin!", their pronunciation is fucking incredible. They also sing English songs and nail pronunciation as well. I told em I might be missing for the next few weeks cause of workload at uni, and they told me good luck and to stop by the Discord to "make stress go away", even if it's just for a quick chat. Made me tear up :')
how many hours in a row / in one period of time is maximum for zero hour / min wage if there is one?
shit sorry man, i bought the same one a few days before, i must have got it mixed up, sorry! i'll get you another yeah?
I'm not buying him another, he's already had plenty of me bepis max :v: Unless you're addressing me, in which case I'll take that risteronte bad boy by carrier pidgeon
Never broke a bone or dislocated owt, and I'd love it to stay that way :worried:
I was like that, until I broke my toe during PE years ago. Completely out of the blue and didn't know what had happened (instant bruising, and no pain unless I moved it slightly). The teachers didn't believe that I had damaged my toe, so was told to walk back to school....with a broken big toe so I couldn't fucking walk properly. Turns out that didn't help at all. It ended up making it much worse in fact (broken in 2 places, fractured in 6)! They tried doing some sort of damage control about "you should have said" (I did and my friends witnessed me) and "we could have driven you back!".

I had just moved into Weymouth like a week prior. Teacher told us to go to B&Q, get a taxi or whatever. We were like 11 so none of us had any money so most of us walked. Little did the teachers know how long it was by foot. And that's IF YOU know where you were going. TLDR I arrived two hours later, teachers realized they fucked up and sent almost every teacher who was free on a search party. Bonus: While trying to remember the name of the school I found this amazing review.
...why did they send you to B&Q? surely a teacher would go and do it instead of some 11 year olds? like thats just asking for trouble hahaha
Little did the teachers know how long it was by foot.
bruh, a 2 mile walk is like 20-25 mins. I double checked by seeing how long a walk it was from my parent's house to the town centre (which I used to walk a lot as a kid) and it's 1.2 miles, and that'd take me 15 mins at a leisurely pace. [editline]4th December 2017[/editline] oh oops you were 11 years old, i thought you meant there were 11 of you in the group. teachers fucked up big time, who sends kids that young on that big of a walk lol
I'm a page late, but I lived with girls for a year. All it takes is one joke about a gentlemans wash and the house thinks you're worse then Hitler and you have to stand there saying "I don't actually wash my Willy in the sink" knowing full well that have done and do 😎

Either way the second time we did it we just all went to mcd's and got some chicken selects. They didn't make us go to B&Q after that.

My town is also very, very flat. 2 miles in 20-25 mins isn't a biggie. Google always overestimates these walking times anyways.

Only had a vague idea of where to go and back then it was more uncommon to see kids with phones.

I goofed up and thought you were in your mid teens. and yeah smart phones weren't major back then.
Got the stomach flu. Keep having fever dreams that I'm a neofascist rock star. Need to write an album about it.
Which supermarket does the best mince pies?

Honestly I think cheap mince pies are nicer, the posh ones have too much Brandy flavouring in
M&S
Posh boy
Honestly I think cheap mince pies are nicer, the posh ones have too much Brandy flavouring in Posh boy
They're not even more expensive normally, just everyone I know says they're good. On that note I really don't like mince pies. Love the flavour but can't stand the texture of the filling.
seeing people I was in uni with going on with their lives and graduating really fucks me up. I wish I hadn't pissed about and wasted two years of my life by being a lazy cunt and just socializing all the time. I'm still doing my bachelors when I should be graduated already, tears me up seeing the people I was friends with posting about their first days at work, or starting their masters in the States or Australia.
