just back from playing S club 7 to a bunch of students in the french alps
the whole experience was totally surreal - bartenders getting pissed and pouring drinks standing on the counter, people dancing on tabletops - never before have I seen so many topless women in one room
sounds great whyd you leave
they all finished their holiday :(
If it referenced an earlier appointment you can obtain copies of your patient records for free by doing a Subject Access Request addressed to the NHS
Don't forget you can self certify up to 7 days
this is actually really helpful, you have no idea. I've been trying to get the clinic to print off my appointment records but they've not really been helpful. only thing they seem to want to do is print off my blood work results.
will do the Subject Access Request, cause I really want printed copies of my patient records. self certification won't cut it, I've been suffering with real bad tiredness and serious digestion issues for months. thinking it may be IBS. been complaining for months about it at my GP and want proof to show university that I'm not just pulling stuff out of my ass to coast easily through the semester, and that it's having a profound impact on my studies (as well as my social life). never having the energy to do stuff is a pain in the ass. it's so bad some days that I don't have the energy to make food unless I'm absolutely starving. seeing a gastroenterologist and planning on giving my patient records to uni to show them that it's been an ongoing thing.

Here's a website with some info;

Let me know if you need help finding anything. Generally if you address it to the "Data Controller" of your GP they're legally obliged to answer it
Genuinely didn't expect my little rant to actually end up being so helpful, I appreciate it! Been really stressed trying to get them to print off my records because the receptionists are a joke.
Taken a huge weight off of my shoulders

Genuine question:
Does anyone actually enjoy eating döner meat? Like, not tolerate - actually enjoy?
Stuff is vile, I'll have it as filler if I'm smashed because it's some curious form of meat, rather than being actually tasty
re codenamecueball's post, we played "I knew you were trouble" by Taylor Swift, about three guys in the front row decided to absolutely butcher their vocal chords by screaming out the chorus.. will try and upload it

Need to get proper doner, had some in Berlin and it was fantastic. Hard to find some good stuff in town though.

oh the berlin stuff is actually godlike, i'll admit that proper doner is beautiful, but absolutely no kebab shops in the UK actually put any effort into getting decent meat

pretty much this. there are shitty kebab joints that serve up the finest (cheapest) lamb anus, it's pretty much just pressed and extruded mystery meat. it's great if you're drunk, but if you're eating it sober, it's fucking rotten. dead giveaway is if the meat is real consistent, which shows it's just cheap and extruded.
then you've got premium kebab joints that charge a little extra, but only exist in cities where demand is high enough to warrant a restaurant owner going out of his way to buy better quality meat (competition helps, too. if most joints are happy keeping the status quo with shitty kebab meat, ain't nobody gonna bother spending extra cash on better quality stuff). the doner looks way different, it's not all one uniform soft-serve texture. this stuff tastes amazing and is well worth paying a little extra for. the city I used to live in had killer doner kebab places, and competition was cutthroat so most places sold good quality stuff to get customers in. the city i'm in currently is a shithole and all kebab joints have the same soft-serve icecream garbage that is barely passable when hella smashed.
dunno why the owners of these cheapass kebab restaurants don't just pay a slightly higher premium. pretty sure word of mouth would nab you way more customers and offset the price, whilst letting you charge a little higher.

che's is pretty dope, they're the only takeaway I know of that is generous when it comes to chips and cheese, the layer of cheese in the middle as well as the one on top.. beautiful
Here's the real question: Who the fuck likes Twiglets? They taste like uranium.
