Sorry for the bump but with series 3 not that far off I wanted to get discussion going again.
1) What do you guys think of Robert Sheehan's situation? How do you think the show will go on without him?
2) What did you think of the web episode "Vegas baby" ? I personally haven't seen it yet but will today.

I think the show will be alright without him. The actor they have gotten to replace him, Joseph Gilgun(?), is awesome in This Is England. Vegas baby was alright, a little disappointing and far too short but I suppose it was merely a way to put some closure on Sheehan's character. Oh and its not a movie, but instead they are playing a preview at the southbank BFI Imax tonight. (with a screen almost the size of 5 double-decker buses.)
When does series 3 actually air?
This time next month or so they say. I don't think Nathan made the show, the writers did, and even if they took on new writers I am sure they will be able to make Rudy an interesting character!

I'm a little skeptical about the new series being done without Sheehan... he was kind of one of the main reasons I liked this show. He added a vibe to it that none of the other characters really have.
