Loved the Shaun of the Dead reference [sp]Cornetto?[/sp]
Loved the Shaun of the Dead reference [sp]Cornetto?[/sp]
Ha never realised that was a Shaun of the Dead reference. I don't know how I missed that!
Fantastic Episode. Rudy has more than filled the shoes left for him.
I don't really like how they bring things up at the end of an episode and don't bother explaining them in the next one. Just like when [sp]Curtis' girlfriend got shot[/sp]. It happens and is literally never brought up again. The preview looked interesting for next week. Hopefully it explains how Simon goes back in time.
It happened in the Christmas episode last year
Won't Nathan have to come back some how? If Simon is going to be going back in time and stuff he will be bound to see Nathan
Loved the Shaun of the Dead reference [sp]Cornetto?[/sp]
Not only that but they say at some point that they can't just hide and wait for it all to blow over. It might not be a deliberate reference but it reminded me pretty strongly of the planning scene in SotD.

There are apparently a few spoilers/teasers for the season finale floating around the internet.. Can we agree to NOT discuss details of the next episode until it's aired?
I hope it ends with something really big. Also, for the people saying that Sheehan left because he thinks that hes a big movie star, I don't think its true. He stars on a Irish tv drama, something much less known than Misfits, and apparently hes meant to star in some BBC show. Maybe he just left because he didn't like it or something. Either way, I hope he makes a cameo in the next episode, since isn't Simon wearing that same hoody he wore when he saved Nathan?
Nathan appearance! That was really bloody depressing, especially seeing as Simon is my favourite character. I was convinced that Rudy would give him his power.
Well that was a bit of a depressing ending. Has another season been commissioned or is that it?
Well that was a bit of a depressing ending. Has another season been commissioned or is that it?
Yeah, been commissioned. I hope Nathan comes back, I don't want them to introduce any new characters..
What the fuck, are they seriously killing off Simon and Alisha?
I don't think they're gonna be killed off. I'm expecting he's gonna go back in time, mess something up and the new seasons gonna accidentally play wrong from the beginning of the second. [editline]19th December 2011[/editline] Or not, getting to see the whole development behind future-simon could be interesting
I'd like to think simon / aleshia will be back. Don't forget they went to Las Vegas somehow somewhen.
Wait a minute.......... This eerily reminds me of the TV Show Misfits of Science, are you sure they both are related?
So sad. I wonder what the cast is going to be next season. I heard Alisha won't be back.
Amazing episode, and end to a very good season. Not gonna lie though [sp]if the future of the show is without Simon and Alisha, then I'm not sure I'll be all that interested. After Nathan, Simon was my favorite, so to think of Misfits without both of them is a bit depressing[/sp]
Season 3 was shockingly bad IMO, no real superpower use. [sp]The actors for Alisha + Simon said they're not coming on for next season so there you go. RIP misfits[/sp] Also howard overman (the creator) is busy working on the US season (In this episode she literally said there was no god, imagine that going down in the US) so he won't be involved with Season 4.
I was slightly confused at the end of the latest episode [sp] If there's a power that makes you immune to other peoples powers, how did Seth take it? Also, looking back at other episodes with super hoody in, how on earth did he manage some of the crap he did with an immunity power eg- He threw a paper air plane across the river and hit Kelly right in the eye, he also appeared to know to the second when anything was going to happen.[/sp]
I have to say, I think that that was a good way to end the last season and the series overall(?). I couldn't really expect anything more to happen. Maybe he already knew exactly when everything was going to happen because it's already happened? [editline]19th December 2011[/editline] Wait, they are doing a season 4? I wasn't expecting that.
Pretty sure the powers get swapped, he hasn't amassed them all.
There's no reason to say you cant have multiple powers
So, according to wiki [sp]Alisha and Simon are not returning[/sp]. I wonder how they are going to play out that on the next season, if there's going to be one.
I wonder if Nathan will come back, I'd like to see him with Rudy (not romantically)
I wonder if Nathan will come back, I'd like to see him with Rudy (not romantically)
Rudy and Nathan BFF
It explains how Superhoodie could time everything perfectly, because he could see into the future AND rewind time.
Also why couldn't Curtis bring the iguana back to life, and then Seth could take the power back?
