As said by someone else i don't know if i a 4th series can be pulled of and live up to expectations.
But on the flip side, series 3 was great even without Nathan who many people said made the show for them, i remain optimistic over the future.
they should've given simon more of a sendoff. considering he was a loner before and they were the only friends he had (i believe at one point he said he's never been happier) and they all knew he was going to his death. there was no love at all!
I think it's not the same money. Seth still sold powers and he said that he'd saved money up. That was probably Seth and Kelly's holiday money.
I could be wrong, but I thought Kelly turned to Seth and was like "You have 10 grand??" and his answer was like "Yeah, I got it from him", as he finally recalled that the guy he met in the past was Simon, citing that he "looked familiar".
Misfits made a paradox.
Where is the 10 grand from?

It is the same as the apartment isn't it? Simon got the key off future Simon and then probably used that key when he travelled back in time to get the apartment which he will then give to himself again.
Geez some of you guys are so stupid. Simon got the 10k from the dude. Went back in time and gave him the 10k whilst similtaniously buying the first power the dude ever sold. By doing that it kick starts his business so he makes 10k from every power he sells (so unless you forgot, he sold loads). meaning that by the time simon needed the money he's made assloads since. 'remember he only stops dealing a couple eps before Simon needs it'. this then sits in perfectly with writing Simon and Al out of the story because Simon and Al are stuck in a loop with simon going back and dying each time. Season 4 will continue from when simon went back, he cant be there if he dies and then keeps going back in the past.
Only just got around to watching this, saw a random trailer on youtube.
The origins on how they got their powers was retarded, *Woop, painting some benches* "OH LOOK A STORM", but I'm enjoying the series so far.

It's still a paradox. The only reason he could go back with money the business made is because he went back with money the business made to help kickstart the business, as you mentioned. Any wonky way you look at it, like any linear time travel plot, it doesn't actually make much sense when you break it down.
Kind of disappointed at the ending of season 2 and start of season 3.
Their new powers are shit tbh, who'd give up immorality to become a magician?

He gave up immortality and used the money for Marnie and the baby.
When he came back to get his super-power back, immortality was taken.
Ok, mindfuck.
Series 3 ep 4 was done stupidly.
[sp]It was in another "universe" with hitler, that chick did all that crap, stopped hitler with the phone, then went back to the normal universe and still had all her memories from both universes, I don't understand that.[/sp]
Yeah, they fucked that episode up. They also changed Curtis' power too much, now it can suddenly take you somewhere you've never been, and it's controllable. Makes no sense.
Look what I found in Episode 5, Series 1.

About 5 minutes, 15 seconds in, the Misfits are scraping posters off of a wall. Nathan rips this one off.

I hadn't thought about that, for some reason I was thinking it was a different time-travel power, but it isn't...

It's Simon.

Superhoodie, appears during the final episode of series 1 and saves Nathan.

AKA Simon
He's even riding the BMX
Yeah just realized that it was the guy who gave nathan a ride on the BMX when everyone was brainwashed.
so does anyone else think Nathan might come back in the next season
nop
Wonder what the possibilities of Nathan appearing in the American Misfits will be. I mean, he's in jail in Las Vegas, that could tie into the American series some how, would be sorta cool.
W..w..what? American.. misfits..?
First they ruin Skins, and now Misfits?
Yeah apparently Howard Overman (Creator and write on a lot of episodes) is writing the American one, might be okay if hes involved.
It just won't work without the british accents and stereotypes
I can see it now: A redneck football star that is a mediocre amount of funny, an ultra-skinny blonde bimbo cheerleader type, a stereotypical pudgy nerd with social issues, and for good measure, a black "gangsta" type.
Also I'm p. sure community service is way different in America. Most the time, it's kids picking up trash along the road.
As an American i'm gonna say I'm perfectly okay with having just British Misfits
The British stereotypes are just too funny.
Honestly I'm curious to see how they do it. It'll probably be nowhere near as good as the English version, but it has potential.
BAFTA-winning actress Lauren Socha is to appear in court charged with a racially aggravated assault.
The Misfits star, 21, is due to appear at Derby crown court this week. She is set to stand trial later in the year over the alleged attack in the city.
Last year, she won a Bafta in the Best Supporting Actress category for her performance as chav Kelly Bailey in the Channel 4 comedy drama Misfits.
Interviewed in October she said she went back to her home city of Derby most weekends, adding: “I’m like the hero of Derby. It’s dead nice to know I’ve achieved something. I love my home and all my mates at home, so it’s a really nice feeling.”
Socha was shortlisted in the same Bafta category in 2010 when she played a girl living in a care home in drama The Unloved.
Her older brother Michael appeared in Shane Meadows’ film This Is England.
