I would have thought he did so he knew when and where to be, even if his character in the present wasn't there
I've been thinking, maybe it isn't down to something [sp]Simon[/sp] does that allows him to touch Alisha, or just isn't how we think. Seeing as he said that he can see beyond her prettiness and beneath, maybe if someone likes her for who she is rather than her looks, they won't be affected by her, as she used to get with superficial men that wanted her for her looks. Also, perhaps if she loves the person wholeheartedly, her power won't negatively affect them.
