Because Meddle is easily the best album :smug:
I'm starting to love Saucerful of Secrets. A lot more than I should. Ummagumma aswell, it's really influential psych. Before too long I'll get to Piper, I know it.
PS Meddle marks their prog peroid :colbert:
Yeah, I did that too.
Also get "Man and The Journey" their bootleg live album which is awesome.
It's always good to hear Roger making no sense. :)
I listened to The Man And The Journey and realised it was just an assortment of bits and pieces from More and UmmaGumma with different titles.

I can't remember when it was recorded but apparently some parts inspired Dark Side so I might have to hear it again.

ease down the resolution, but delicate sound of thunder is awesome anyway :v:
Get momentary lapse.
I'm getting DSOTM, the Wall, Wish You Were Here and Atom Heart Mother. I don't like momentary lapse personally.
K, I just assumed someone with that record to like it.
Also get Animals. :)
Planning to get their discography, but I want to get some Beatles, King Crimson and other stuff too.
Just bought Pompeii Director's Cut today.
Can't wait to view this fucker.
Also, no help on the record store thing in America where I could buy the Immersion DSOTM?

Any music store. I'm sure they'll do it.

personally, i'm just not a fan of delicate sound of thunder. idk what it is, i just prefer the studio versions of the songs

But its live where the songs get to breathe. [sp]no pun intended[/sp].
I especially love Gilmour's improvisational skills. I've listened to a lot of boots and man he's done some shit on the guitar I wouldn't expect him to normally do.
Also, Gilmour's "A Pocketful Of Stones" sounds crappy in studio once I heard it on Live In Gdansk.

Here is my current countdown from my most enjoyed PF albums personally - ie its opinion, feel free to disagree/discuss.
14. More
13. Momentary Lapse of Reason
12. Piper at the Gates of Dawn
11. Obscured By Clouds
10. Atom Heart Mother
9. Saucerful Of Secrets
8. Meddle
7. The Final Cut
6. Dark Side of The Moon
5. Ummagumma
4. The Division Bell
3. The Wall
2. Wish You Were Here
1. Animals
Hmmm...
I enjoyed Atom Heart Mother and Piper At The Gates more than Ummagumma and Final Cut.
I still haven't given Piper a Proper Listen. Cow is good, but The Final Cut has a lot more of an in depth mood to it and better song writing in general. Atom Heart Mother was when they were very young and still unsure of their sound. Ummagumma I just liked because of Astronomy Domine live and Disc 2's experimental stuff kinda hit me with interest

Hard to argue with them. Good personal taste. I like it because it's not full retard. Probably more accurate than mine
Panda, nobody has a retard taste.
I enjoy Momentary Lapse more than Obscured by Clouds.
