From what I've seen it has a reputation as being essentially a Waters solo record but I don't think anyone would argue that its a bad record
It's not really completely Floyd, but it's not bad at all, its a fantastic album

Well it's a lot different to the other albums.
Most hardcore fans are obsessed with "how the music makes you feel", and The Wall doesn't give people that ambient feel.

Momentary Lapse was forgettable except for Sorrow and Learning to Fly
it wasn't bad, was just forgettable

I actually think it was bad, a few of the songs stand out, Sorrow is one of my all time favourite tracks, but shite some of those other tracks are just boring
after wall they were pretty average in terms of creativity.
