So it's your favourite? Or it's just easy to remember that over other albums?
Probably my favourite. I personally never get bored of it since I've heard it so many times. Some people may prefer Wish You Were Here though, which is understandable.
I'll listen to Wish You Were Here after Animals. there's only 10 or so minutes to go
Try Meddle and if you're looking for just an easy listen, listen to Obscured by Clouds
easy listening is Division Bell. :v:
The 2011 remaster of DSOTM is fucking beautiful. The early mix from the immersion box set is a pretty interesting listen, I thoroughly liked that but ho-lee-crap the live cd from wembley is...
easy listening is Division Bell. :v:
Hope you're not using that emote ironically :v: The front cover of The Division Bell looks pretty awesome, but then again I heard it rated negatively. I don't usually judge by online criticism, and it wont kill me to give it a listen, so I'll get to that after. Wish You Were Here is just about over. That and Animals were both awesome, the time passes well as they're on, I didn't feel the need to skip over anything which is always something I look for. And the leadout to Shine on You Crazy Diamond nearly makes me cry, it's a beautiful ending to such a great album. Thank you guys for recommending me these two albums, and I am now listening to The Division Bell

I do understand the pop element but there's a lot more to it than a pop album in my opinion. There's SO MANY SOLOS. Lyrically the album lacks on most parts but oh well, the music is still great
yeah I suggested it would be better as an instrumental album. But they don't use the oppurtunity to release it and see what happens.
Not ENTIRELY instrumental I don't think. The vocals on it are great, just some times the lyrics seem to not work
Division Bell is good, I love it
Is the MP3 downloads from Amazon 320kbps? I wanna buy some Pink Floyd albums from Amazon MP3 but only if the quality is 320kbps.
Just made this: HEYYY TEACHUUHHH! LEAVE THEM KIDS ALOOONE! ALL IN ALL YOU'RE JUST A.. NOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL
I understand that you just started listening to Pink Floyd but holy shit you're obsessed
Yes. I am. I get so attatched to music. I'm not a fan of outside the wall though.. [editline]25th October 2011[/editline] I originally made it as a TF2 decal for a friend but he didn't want it in the end
Oh God Frank and the Floyd together. It was the release date of Ummagumma in 1969 and Frank joined them on stage at Amougies.
Damn, even from a picture from the side I can recognize his mustache.

That's unnecessary, What i don't like about Waters tour is that he seems to be using it as a platform for his political ideals.

I've been looking more in to the actual members of the band and from what I've gathered he almost used it as a channel for his political ideas. Maybe he started an underground anti-Thatcher movement :v:
A whole song about a guy UNRELATED TO THE ALBUM is just OTT.
It's awesome! Do you do material of your own by any chance?
There's a few demos on my soundcloud and more on my computer, not very good though because I don't develop them at all. :v: Also a few Gilmour/Waters vocal impressions in there too. I was trying to replicate the studio tone haha.

And your clean and lead guitar tones are spectacular!
