Uh oh, I think nerf is discontinuing the longshot.
Target just replaced it's longshot shelf space with long strike tags.
And i went to toys r us and 4 other stores and none of them had a shelf spot for the longshot.

That's bull.
I can see the reason behind it, but the longshot was the most well made gun. They sold a bunch of them too. We can only hope that the new guns will have direct plunger systems, like the Longshot.

I removed the air restrictors on my Maverick, but I think I fucked something up, cuz only two of the 6 barrels fire properly. The other two just push the darts out like it's taking a shit.

Buy a scope or don't use any sights. The scopes come with some extra darts.
I'm 7 dollars short from the CS-6 Deploy.
Can the maverick use clip darts, I'm considering getting that one. I bought soooooo many of them, it'd be a waste.

Whats the name of that really cool nerf handgun? It's tiny and slim and looks like a colt .45. I think it was a piece of a 3 piece set that also had the rocket launcher. It's like the pistol part of the recon, but even more pistol-like and was red. Maybe it was a custom, I don't know.

No, there's no need to. It helps slightly, but reflex sights and aimpoints are designed for use with both eyes open.

I've even used scopes that magnify with one eye open. Trijicon ACOG scopes are actually meant for that, and they magnify anywhere from 1.5x to 6x or something (forget exact number). You can do it with anything, just takes a bit of getting used to. Once you get used to using a scope with both eyes open you can even move onto using ironsights with both eyes open (like me :cool:)
Is it possible to modify the longshot to use Raider magazines and vice versa?
I don't like how the Raider's drum magazine looks all awkward on the side and if I were to buy one I'd like to use stick magazines instead of drum magazines

The stick magazines and drum magazines are interchangable between all guns that use the magazines.
