18 dart magazines for the supposed stampede...

eh I Don't know about this 18 nerf magazine. I don't think it really looks very good. Really awkward looking

According to the users at Nerf Haven , it doesn't squish the darts like standard 6 dart magazines so that's one good thing. However , again , if it is for the stampede picture that was released then I have no problem with it.
Some guy said "drum magazines look cooler"
The fuck ever.
Hey guys, how does the Maverick work, in terms of cocking it pumping it or whatever.
I have an airsoft gun spring and was thinking of utilizing it.

Rate me useful.
Does the barrel of the maverick revolve when you cock the gun or when you pull the trigger?

It would jam if it did either. Instead it rotates when you release the trigger.

Ahh ok. Thanks man.
*Yellow longshot with mags that imply that you're compensating for something.
Yellow longshot sucks.
Blue ftw.

Alright, so if I put a badass spring in there, it would shoot farther then?
ugh NOOOOO I hate waiting for stuff in the mail. UPS says my longshot is in my city but its the weekend and tomorrow is memorial day! They don't ship memorial day!!! arghh!
Yellow longshot sucks.

The blue version includes an extra clip :p
Anyways, I'm going out in a bit to see if I can't find me one of those lever-action Buzz-Bee guns.
Fuck yeah, bought me one, and got 10% ($2) off because one of my friends works at Wal-Mart.
This thing is actually pretty fucking awesome, it shoots pretty strong out of the box. The action is surprisingly smooth, and the ejection is pretty badass. The only problems I have with it is if you pushed the lever forward too fast, it won't eject the emptied shell in time, and the next shell gets jammed with the emptied one.

Also, just because I was bored enough to, I made a super short video.

I bought the buzz bee shotgun, and I feel so bad ass with it. I lost most of my darts, but I modded two of my shells to shoot airsoft bb's so I don't run out of ammo.
Im thinking of getting the raider or the in point sight. Should I just buy them both?
I'm thinking of making a completely custom nerf gun with similar internals to the longshot.

sounds good, what are you going to use for casing? moulded plastic? i was thinking about picking up a cheap used reciever for an M4A1 and seeing if there was any hope there.

Doubt it, the spring and piston for Nerf guns are pretty big.
Although, it'd be neat if you got the charging handle to lock the spring back.
My recon should arrive tommorow

Well probably going with plastic, and I was thinking more of using everything from my scrap heap of broken airsoft/paintball/nerf guns into a badass shotgun thing, I'll draw a little diagram of what I'm talking about in paint a few seconds.
I was thinking about making my buzz bee shotgun run off CO2
Nerf guns look cool :buddy:
Airsoft guns are cooler :frogc00l:
Paintball is where it's at man.
I just had the idea of using a piece of cornered PCP piping into a grenade-launcher rail attachment (As in it fires the big balls. Pun slightly intended.). I'll probably use close-to same internals as the longshot, without air suppressors and possibly a longer range (Because of the CO2 I'm planning to use in addition to 3 bigass springs I found while going through my scrap heap.). I might use a clip-system loading similar to the Deploy, though that seems more complex than simply doing it the same way as a Recon/Longshot/Longstrike/etc., I'll post a diagram once I think of everything.

"Semperfire".
Clever NERF. Goddamn they have some badass guns on that page, I hope they get produced.
Do all nerf guns have shells? Like a casing is left after firing?
I'm thinking of getting a maverick because revolvers are sexy.
All nerf guns look a tonne like borderlands guns, kind of funny really.
Looking at stuff like this is also a good way to take my mind off of how jumpy i am right now (i just came from a ghost tales thread)
