NERF Thread; AKA "Back in 'nam... Darts everywhere" - General

The Longshot is absolute shit, the scope is fucked up beyond belief and it jams like a fucking nightmare. Unless mine is just majorly fucked up, I wouldn't get it. Also, fun fact about the Recon: If you take off the barrel and leave the stock, aim upwards and the bullet will act like its being shot from a grenade launcher. Or this may be because I have the pre-recall Recon (Which I also modified with a larger spring and a modified barrel so it has a grip. I'm going to paint it sometime.).

Real guns, then Airsoft, then paintball, then nerf. Nerf guns are cool and all, but I like the airsoft. Don't get me wrong, I have a mavrick and a load of those laser sighted ones, it's nice to have a random nerf ambush when we are waiting for something to load or playing video games downstairs.

It's so much fun to mod the fuck out of these.

One time we set up the basement with couches as cover, then we turned the lights off and fired. We had a little light from a door, but not much. It was fun, you relied on sound more than anything, but eventually we could see as our eyes got used to it. Then someone smacked me across the face with one and left a nasty wound. That bled for a bit.

The Longshot is the perfect nerf gun for open-field battles. Without the barrel and the stock being locked,it shoots far and accurate. The recon CS-6 is great for CQC and open field battles. except,add the stock for one more magazine! it shoots a couple feet shorter than the Longshot, but it is the best one I've used yet.

I have A dart tag set, Longshot, Recon (Internally modified so bullets have more force, and a grip on the barrel.), Maverick, Old dart tag set, the blue N-Strike sword, Firefly (Spraypainted black.), and thats all I can name off the top of my head.

The Magstrike is great for CQC,also. just carry one on your back and whenever it comes to CQC, let it fire its 10 round magazine in 2 seconds!

I also have a Maverick Rev 6, and another single shot gun I don't know the name of.

That's a nice line up of guns. Why didn't they make them black or gray instead of shitty florescent colours. It annoys me that they did that.

If you want black and grey get a paintball marker/airsoft gun, or go buy a can of gunmetal gray spray paint and some primer.

I have a Raider, Vulcan, Recon, Maverick and an ammo box of streamline darts. I'm thinking of painting my Raider and Maverick.

You fucking press a button and it fucking opens up and its a gun. Also has a flashlight. Gun jams a lot though, the only bad thing about it.
