What's pretty cool about Nerf guns is that they really aren't that expensive. I got my Vulcan on sale for 25 bucks.

Now, I feel like buying a LongShot. Spray paint it with Metallish Gray-Black. And add some scratches onto it. And Replace the Scope. If anyone asked, I'll just answer [i]'This My Friend, Is A Prototype Plasma Rifle'[/i] And Act shit with that awesome looking Zombie Apocalypse Weapon. But 1st, I gotta have it without my Parents laughing at me for having a weapon for 3 year olds. I'm only 14. But Seriously, My Parents thought NERF guns are for 3 year olds.

Around 15-35 feet, depending on gun. Much farther if you mod it.

I hate how awesome they look now compared how they looked like something out of a 50's sci-fi when I was a kid.

They need one that's based on a pump shotgun design, maybe a double barrel.

I'm in college and I have a vulcan and a maverick. I can honestly say that the raider is the best of all nerf guns around. I know someone who has one and you can fire it as fast as you can pump it. All you do is hold the trigger and just pump it back and forth.

I bought a Maverick a few months back. I took out the things that block the airflow and sawed off the nubs blocking the barrel from coming out. Worked fucking awesome until about two months later when it stopped firing very far, and that was if it would stay cocked long enough to try shooting. Every time you cocked it, it would almost always fire itself. This thread tempts me to walk across town and see if my local Target has a Longstrike in stock.

Bought a cheapy pistol. Removed the air restriction peices and such, so now it fires forks, pencils, and thing small and round. Also did a shitty test paint job, came out okay considering I just covered areas and painted, no sanding.
