And I think toys r us sells buzz bee. I know they sell a bunch of off brand nerf guns, I wanted to buy that tommy gun last time I was there. There a bunch of others, but I didnt pay any attention. I wanted that damn tommy gun so bad.

I hear those aren't very good. They're flywheel guns, so there's only so much you can do to improve performance (which is not much at all).
Wow. Now I REALLY want to get an NERF league going at my college. Airsot wouldnt work because of the possible damage and legalities of it but nerf would be perfect. Just imagine people having team colored bandannas wrapped around their arms/necks and carrying around different guns. I would sport a revolver in a waist holster. I wish I had the guts to start such a thing. t'would be awesome.

My new Longshot came in today, so I'm designing some basic cosmetic mods for it right now, and then look in to more effective mods.
I want that Revolver at the top...
But my mother wouldn't let me buy it cause she doesn't like guns...
But soon, i'll be movin' out and gettin' one. It'll be awesome... maybe even a bigger one.

Wew. Got my BuzzBee double shot. How much power exactly did you guys get from simply sawing off the barrel besides the benefit of the darts not hitting the tip anymore? Are there any other power mods for it?

I was recently at a nerf war and I saw a guy with that gun, only it looked like a force a nature.

Basically, he sawed off the back just like you did, and stuck the strings that you use to cock the gun through the back. The front was cut off just so that the darts weren't sticking out, and he glued the dart shells into the barrel, and the barrel to the back so it wouldn't flip open.
The end result was a lot easier to use, because to load all you'd have to do was stick the darts in through the front of the gun to load it, and you didn't have to worry about catching ejecting shells. To cock it, all you'd have to do is pull on the string that was now protruding out of the back end of the gun. You should give it a shot, it was one of the most practical nerf weapons I'd ever used.

They already have tactical vests. It actually is kind of creepy how in touch nerf is with guns and video games and things. They have this folding gun which reminds me of the Magpul FMG, the Stampede has this grip-pod thingy, they even have fake red dot sights and rail systems.
Edit: Wow the stampede even has a moving selector/power switch.

It's not like you're using NERF to fight in war, if it can shoot across your living room it's fine.
I wanna get the Alpha Trooper with the stock (and maybe barrel) from the Spectre, the mag from the Raider, maybe the Recon barrel and the Tac Scope or Holosight.
I walk into my target, looking for the lame half isle of nerf mavericks and raiders. Then I see a full selection of every gun, even the alpha trooper, and the new clear series.

The Tommy-20 is actually rather good in my opinion. :v:
In terms of performance, it fires as fast as the Vulcan and has a surprisingly good range.
My only gripes are if your darts have tiny imperfections, they'll tend to fall out of the drum if you aim down or shake it violently enough. It also uses a different kind of dart than normal Nerf guns, but all you really have to do is trim about 1/2 of an inch off of a normal streamline and it'll fit.
It's also got this issue where the flywheel motors take a few seconds to rev up to max speed, so it has terrible accuracy and speed for the first few seconds. You can pull the trigger half way and it'll prespin the motors though, so it's not that big of a deal I guess.
In my opinion though, the ability to spin up the motors is actually kinda nice, since it sounds rather mean at full speed. To be honest though, it's not that great unless you're playing with teammates since it has to spin up before it does anything special. Despite the looks of it, it's more of a support gun if anything. :science:

I feel so awesome when dual wielding two of the bigger swords. And whenever I fight my friends with them, I always do fucking awesome finisher moves. I was fighting my friend who had the mace and axe. At first we just traded blows for a while, our defenses holding strong, when I catch the tip of my right sword in one of the holes of his axe. I held the axe there when I came up with the left sword into his gut. It made me feel like such a badass.
Can anyone confirm that this is, in fact, real?
