NERF Thread; AKA "Back in 'nam... Darts everywhere" - General

I just got a Stampede for seventy bucks, kind of a waste of money, but I'm considering getting rid of all my other Nerf guns to fill the gap. [editline]08:15PM[/editline] Came with four magazines.

So I'm moving into a house with 2 friends of mine next Saturday, we have decided that disagreements will be settled with duels, pistols at ten paces, I picked up a couple Mavericks today for that purpose, I already did the penny mod and the cylinder mod (that lets it swing open wider) and am going to remove the air restrictors tomorrow, anyone know of any other mods I should do to it? also what colors should I paint them? I'm thinking silver and gold or red and blue.

How come the more realistic the NERF guns get, the more stupid warnings and reminders they plaster all over the gun? It's like compensation for having fun or something.

Bought a Nerf Doubleshot and a Deploy for my friend's birthday, I thought he'd love the Deploy and be meh for the Doubleshot, but he's totally in love with the Doubleshot. He actually told me I could have the Deploy back. :geno: Anyway, he gave me his Longshot and he wants me to mod it, I felt kinda nervous modding it since I've never modded a blaster before and Longshots have been discontinued so it's not really possible for him to get a replacement if I fuck his up. I did a pretty good job if I do say so myself. :3:

I forgot to say this in my last post and I don't want to edit it in,but I just bought my first two Nerf guns yesterday,a Recon and a Maverick.I had a Maverick a long time ago when I was like nine but I lost it and I wasn't into nerf at all at that time.Both of them feel SO SWEET.I can't wait to invite a friend to have awesome battles together.

I think I'm gonna take the a/r out of my stampede. A guide just popped up with how to do it and it doesn't look too hard. I'll post a before and after vid too.
