Hey there Nerf thread, me and my friends bought our first guns today, and I was wondering if anybody can point me towards an EXTREMELY step-by-step tutorial, hopefully with pictures/video, for disassembling and removing the air restrictor of a longshot and padding the whatever-it's-called to reduce wear and tear? Also, is it worth performing this modification if I'll only be using stock darts?

Not a bad guide at all, thanks, but at one or two points it still makes the assumption that I know anything at all about the internals. Even some MSpaint arrows pointing to the relevant bits would be awesome.. Anyway, I'm still deciding if I should go through with modifying the gun, since I hear it might decrease accuracy when using stock darts. Anybody know from experience?
