Yes, religion has morals. It kinda revolves around them. Just because religious people don't always have them doesn't mean they're not there. Also, each "religion sucks" thread is getting shittier and shittier.
You don't need religion to have morals.
So if someone believes that 1+1=3 is ok and should be respected?
As long as it doesn't do anything to me then yeah I don't care if someone believes that.
There's needs to be a "bad thread" option when you report.
You don't need religion to have morals.
Ha, you don't? even ethics or code of living?
As long as it doesn't do anything to me then yeah I don't care if someone believes that.
Terrorists blowing up innocent people in america doesn't impact me so it's ok to blow people up.
Ok.
Terrorists blowing up innocent people in america doesn't impact me so it's ok to blow people up.
Ok.
Alright let me put it this way. As long as it doesn't do any bad to me or anyone else then yes I'm fine with it, stop acting stupid as if you don't get what I'm saying. I know you're smarter than that.
As long as it doesn't do anything to me then yeah I don't care if someone believes that.
I can see you got an A for math.

Lol, what does what someone else thinks have to do with my intelligence or performance in school?
Best way to troll conservatives is by telling them that:
Jesus was a socialist

Because it's true.
Does anyone yet to see that science is nothing but understanding and religion just regulates and sets human purpose. It's two separate things, two things you can choose to live without the other. Both can be manipulated to do harm, both has it's ignorance
So if someone believes that 1+1=3 is ok and should be respected?
It's not the same thing by far.
Let me explain this to you in the BEST way possible. God created things, as it has been proven that the universe couldn't have been created without some being helping it along. Jesus is so special because he was, in essence, God incarnate. We may not truly have proof, but doesn't it seem plausible? Evolution has one very huge hole that makes it look like swiss cheese that was made wrong. If apes evolved into what we are now, why don't we have lines of people coming out of jungles? The world was destroyed by a major flood, then a rainbow was displayed for the few survivors on the ark to promise that the world would now be destroyed with water again. 500 people saw Jesus ascend into Heaven. In modern day, if ten people saw it happen, it is fact. 500! That is 50 times what is needed. Most of the people didn't believe Jesus was God (or God's son). It takes too much and too long to explain. For a more complete explanation, please read The Holy Bible New King James Version.

Please be satire or trolling.
Damn it, every person's religion is his own business. Threads about religion should be instantly closed.

Pleasebetrollpleasebetrollpleasebetrollpleasebetroll. Or satire. It'd be pretty cool if it was satire.

Not in the slightest.

Because unlike the idea of god just snapping his fingers and people existing, evolution takes time.

So does this suddenly mean World War II era propaganda is correct because the entirety of a country's government say it's fact?
Please be trolling.
I'm Mormon, I believe in evolution... You don't seem to know what you're talking about when you say inbred.
We are fine with scientific fact and theories
My girlfriend is christian, and I'm not going to start raping atheist values into her. She goes to church once in a month and has something to believe in, that doesn't make her a worse person.
Ok guys, stop throwing shit around.. science is just as factless as religion. No one can prove that god didnt create the world "hurr durr big bang lul", well you cant prove god didnt trigger the "big bang", and we cant prove that atoms are made of small green guys, as we cant see them!
We can only experiment, and get a result, reflect and form a opninion about it, we will never know the truth.
Religion actually is science's big brother, if we didnt think about where we was and how we got there and why, there would never be any religion such as science.
The bible is true, the bible told me so.

More like science's retarded brother.

So you're ignoring the fact that CERN created a mini big bang by colliding lead (was it?) atoms in the world's biggest particle accelerator. And all of the extensive research into quantum mechanics. You're saying that if I drop potassium into water, I can't prove that the explosion was caused by hydrogen because it's "an opinion", despite the fact that there's plenty of tests you can do on gasses to tell which it is. You're saying that every scientific discovery can't be proven?
I personally think the big bang was a large matter-antimatter collision. Of course, I'm in no way qualified to make a strong theory about that, nor is there any proof to prove it - yet. Either way, it's more realistic than a deity deciding he would clap his hands and create everything.

Oh wow. Science is as factless as religion. I haven't laughed that hard in a while.
>implying there isn't a ton of evidence supporting the Big Bang theory.

Also, someone else has been reading the philosophy files, I believe the green men theory was put forward in that.
Thousands of agrees on posts that say that 'Science is superior' make me think that Facepunch is not atheist, but simply intolerant.

No. It just proves that Facepunch takes fact over opinion any day of the week.
No. It just proves that Facepunch takes fact over opinion any day of the week.
But for some people's belief, your fact is an opinion.
But for some people's belief, your fact is an opinion.
My facts are facts. They wouldn't be facts without proof. That's why God's existence is an opinion, not a fact. Because there's no proof. I'm not saying religion is a load of horse shit, I'm saying there's nothing to back it up. I'm all for the morals behind religion, but personally I dislike the belief in deities and other such stuff.
