Woooowwww. Apparently I can't even have an SVT imported from Canada because it's origin is Russia. gg ATF
AKM? Or like an actual AK47?
An AK platform, preferably from Russia, but an actual AK47 would be ideal. Too bad I'll never get either, since they're banned here. If I want to pay out the ass ($4000), I can get a .308 AK hunting rifle from Finland, the Valmet M78 and Hunter are the only AKs not banned, and they're named exemptions.
Woooowwww. Apparently I can't even have an SVT imported from Canada because it's origin is Russia. gg ATF
Yep. Same thing was said when I posted about the one place selling Chinese Military SKSes for $75 as long as you bought a crate of ammo.
Well I've heard rumors of RC G43s. Any of those kicking about in Canada? [editline]2nd February 2013[/editline] On the topic of ammo though, I'm not really sure why we can't import military 7.62x39, because it's not listed on the import ban. Only 7.62x25 is. And there's shitloads of 7.62x54r and 5.45x39 being imported so I don't see why 7.62x39 can't be?
Nope, only RC K98s and P38s so far. If they come up for under a grand (yeah right) I'll definitely get one. Also the ATF is stupid to us too, along with ITAR, we can't even import a $20 magazine without a license from the US government.
I could've swore I heard that the AWB was introduced and systematically rejected in both the House and Senate. Am I just imagining things?
It's February.
YOUR MOVE, NODAK SPUD

I could've swore I heard that the AWB was introduced and systematically rejected in both the House and Senate. Am I just imagining things?
Nope, the AWB is dead
Woops again, he's just retarded.
[t]http://localhostr.com/files/vz1vunt/capture.png[/t] And that's only part of it
Something about the piston cover on SVT-40s gives me a aesthetic hard-on. I'm not sure why, I just like the look of perforated metal parts on guns. Much like the heat shield on the Winchester 1897 Trench Gun.
The Rem 887 looks so funny. I could understand if you have it sitting in the bottom of a duck boat or something but all that polymer is just ridiculous. Also Mossberg 535 or Rem 870 Supermag? I want something that holds 3 1/2" because BOOM
What would you consider the best all metal 9mm handgun?
What would you consider the best all metal 9mm handgun?
I think the CZ-75's are hard to beat in this area.
Meanwhile all I want is an AK-47.
I'll smuggle in an AK for you, if you smuggle out an SVT-40 for me :v:
LOVE it! :) Keep em' strong, Keep em' U.S. Anybody got a class 3 weapons licence out there? I want won so bad.
go away atf
LOVE it! :) Keep em' strong, Keep em' U.S. Anybody got a class 3 weapons licence out there? I want won so bad.
You don't need a Class 3 license to own Title II weapons. You just get your local Sheriff to sign off on it, send the paperwork to Fred to get permission to use the 2nd Amendment, pay the $200 fine for doing so, dump 10-100 grand on the gun and eventually you get to take it home.
And I now feel that the Huffington Post is a disgusting sack of shit.
Oh, I remember right after the Aurora Tragedy, one of the Huffington Post bloggers came out and made a huge argument for the banning of beta mags, ARs, and the such. In her argument (I think it was a her, anyways... It's been a while and I've long since tried to purge my mind of the lunacy and fallacious logic they used), she claimed that the shooter had made his AR-15 fully automatic by simply using a 100-rd Beta Magazine that he improperly loaded so it only shot a few shots before he had to switch guns. (There were more idiotic statements in the article, but I never made it through half of the page before I finally gave up any lingering hope in their article.) So things like what's posted by Inplabth doesn't surprise me in the least bit that they try and do stuff like that. [editline]2nd February 2013[/editline]
220-ish rds of 7.62x39 i dont really care as long as it doesnt get shipped back to fucking washington
Well, I don't know how far you are from VA, but you could ship them here! I'll get (the majority of) your rounds to you! :P But no, really; that does suck. Any update on the situation? [editline]2nd February 2013[/editline]
What would you consider the best all metal 9mm handgun?
I've personally fired the Beretta 92f, which I think might be my personal favourite 9mm. I don't know if that's what you would consider 'all metal', though. I can't really think of many more, without getting into 9mm-chambered 1911s, which are still really, really good; just a bit snappier than what I'm used to with my .45.

Finally bought this thing today, since I got my CPL last week in the mail. Anyone else a fan of glocks?

Not to sound like an uninformed idiot; but what's with the gas blowing off the top of the shotgun? Recoil reduction? Just seems a bit odd, to me.
Not to sound like an uninformed idiot; but what's with the gas blowing off the top of the shotgun? Recoil reduction? Just seems a bit odd, to me.
prob just porting
True. Either way, to me it just seems a touch off; but I've never really paid close attention to how shotguns operate in comparison to ARs and handguns. Really cool picture, though, admittedly.
I'll smuggle in an AK for you, if you smuggle out an SVT-40 for me :v:
The only problem there is you're allowed to own an SVT, I'm not allowed to own an AK. Ban actually means ban in Canada.
Bought the last 555 round pack of .22 ammo at work last night. I'd really like that 10/22 takedown or the stainless steel one at the least, with that nice new BX-25 magazine, but I can't find either anywhere.
