How do you even make a mistake like that. All it takes is basic logic, you don't even need much in the way of actual gun knowledge to know that a 600 round magazine is a preposterous idea.
I don't care how preposterous it may be, I want one for my Mosin so I can make it the most impractical rifle in history.

Anyone who reloads have any links to some cheap components that are in stock? I'm looking for... 1000 230gr .45 1000 Large Pistol Primers Powder Thanks. And on top of that it was relatively unknown until 1931
Clearly you are not entirely familiar with this event. Kurt Russell and Val Kilmer killed many more men during the vendetta ride, which stemmed from the O.K. Corral gunfight.
I was talking specifically about the shooting in the street. The Vendetta Ride, while a result of the O.K. Corral, is an entirely separate event.

I love how the uploader is trolling everyone in the comments. Check the comments for the "Ban assualt clips" video

Same reason it'd be a very bad idea to try and mug someone at a shooting range. :v:

In the glorious state of AZ, we're out of ammo. In my mind the gun gods were chatting like this "Hey know that Credesniper guy? He practices safe use of firearms and has fired over 300 shots from other firearms." "Yeah I hear he recently got his own!" "Oh really?" "Yeah, an old rifle that could fire all kinds of 22" "Let's make 22 not exist anymore."

My dad is buying a Browning A-5 and a Colt New Frontier .22 on Friday from the Pawn Shop for $500! YES
I snagged the last box of .22LR as I was getting off my shift last week. The perks of selling guns and ammo, I guess. However I'm super sick with the flu so I can't actually test it out yet.
-awesome Glock mag-
If you watch the video he posted that as a response to, he showed a Times Magazine page advertising a "600 round mag, as low as $25.99" or some crap like that. This is the same Time Magazine that has Biden , Feinstein, and someone else I didn't pay much attention to on the cover; labeled as 'The Gunfighters', mind you.
Wow, one of my facebook friends got into a conversation about gun control that managed to piss off almost everyone else. We all blasted him. [editline]6th February 2013[/editline] He started getting that "holier than thou" bullshit too.
Well I was just in a debate with someone on FB too. He wants guns to require insurance, so I asked him why guns and not other potential murder implements like knives, seeing as as they, after guns kill the most people His response was that guns are designed to kill and knives are not. I hate the "designed for" argument so much. It's so many levels of retarded. He also seemed to miss that knives are also designed to kill

Shall I? It might give you guys a good laugh. [editline]6th February 2013[/editline] I got a couple of agree ratings: I'll take that as a sign to go ahead.
[t] http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc6/222738_459092797493684_1034081038_n.jpg[/t]
For the record: Derek is the libtard starting the argument and being an ass, Josh is a pro-gun friend of mine, Kit is my sister, Brianne and Jessica are friends of my sister, and Jon is me.

Derek: This comparison does not work Josh: actually, it does. Josh: the constitution protects both equally. so banning assault weapons is in fact unconstitutional. Derek: And if I see you or anyone else pull any 2nd Amendment bullshit without actually READING THE ACTUAL text if the ACTUAL 2nd FRICKIN AMENDMENT, I will flip a table. The 2nd Amendment says: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. In other words, it says that if you live in a state that has a militia, and you are a part if the militia, you have the right to keep and bear arms, and that right shall not be infringed upon. HOWEVER, if you are a part of a state that has a militia, but are not a part of said militia, you do not have the right to keep and bear arms. This is clearly stated, and I am fed up with seeing the bullshit that you and other people put up. On the right you have Rosa Parks refusing to give up her seat to a white person on a bus and at the time was fighting for black rights. On the left you have some random unknown woman who has an automatic rifle (and no I don't give a damn if that is the wrong phrase), doing who knows what. IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM ARE THESE TWO PEOPLE COMPARABLE. YOU CANNOT COMPARE ROSA PARKS TO A RANDOM WOMAN WITH AN AUTOMATIC RIFLE. And one last thing before I log off angrily and go flip a chair. Banning assault weapons is not unconstitutional. Derek: And one more thing: putting a picture of Rosa Parks next to a picture of a woman with an assault weapon is politically incorrect anyway. Josh: Derek, state militias, at the time this was written, were formed of people with their own weapons. People do in fact have the right to keep and bear arms. Josh: by the way, look at that quote from the second amendment again. it said the right of the PEOPLE not the MILITIA shall not be infringed. Besides which, the the Supreme Court has already ruled that it determines the right to keep and bear arms is given to the individual. And another thing is this. How do you know the woman was using a fully automatic weapon? As for your being fed up with the things I post, I get just as fed up with what I see from the opposite side being posted on facebook. As for political correctness, I don't really care. that wasn't the point of this picture. It was to remind people that gun ownership is a right given to all citizens in this country. one that about 70% of American citizens enjoy. besides, even with gun bans, criminals will get guns on the black market. those bans would only hurt people who obey the law. Kit: Derek in Virginia you are automatically a member of the militia when you turn 16. You don't JOIN it. Josh: oh yeah. I actually forgot about that. Kit: And let me go over the language the second amendment was written. "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." NOTE THE COMMA PLACEMENT. This is is specific. It serves the same purpose as the semi-colon because back then they didn't exist. And seriously? "Politically incorrect"? Man card. NOW. Kit: And also, you've basically said the people do not have the right to bear arms. As I said before, look at the comma placement again. Take out the stuff before it. WHAT DOES IT SAY, DEREK? "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." Let's just say, if I see you or anyone else pull any 2nd Amendment bullshit without actually READING THE ACTUAL text of the ACTUAL 2nd FRICKIN AMENDMENT, I will flip a table. What I have provided was the text that was RATIFIED after Thomas Jefferson tweaked it. Kit: With that said. *FLIPS TABLE* Jessica: Well, it's more the failure to understand what the amendment says, instead of the failure to read it, my dear Kit ;P Kit: Which is why I had to flip a table. Brianne: Derek, when your house gets broken into by half a dozen people with guns, (while you are sitting there quivering at the end of a barrel) don't expect anyone to come running to rescure your sorry gun-less ass. And don't give me that crap about you "being able to beat the crap outta them" because you'd have just about as much of a chance as a hamster with a couple of sticks in his hands. Your translation of the amendmant is about as backwards and mis-read as a british man reading japanese, and I can guarantee that the criminals buying guns off the black market even now wouldn't give two flying shits about gun laws. And exactly how the hell is this picture "politially incorrect"? Both pictures are of women standing up (or in Rosa's case, sitting down) for their constitutional rights. And I swear, if you say one more cocky-ass comment about you being right or your opinion on the subject without doing some actual flippin research, I'm going to shove my foot so far up your ass your're gonna wish your internal organs finally hid up to your head where your brain shouldda been. Jon: By the way, who will protect you if there are no guns? The cops? Please. Ask any officer, and they'll tell you "We're not your bodyguards". They aren't there for protection boyo. They are there to enforce the law, or clean up what's left of your sorry ass. Derek: First off: Brianne, I've said this before and I'll say it again, I don't need brute strength to 'beat the crap outta someone'. Your snarky comments and insults were not needed, I did do the research before posting, maybe it's not politically incorrect, but you cannot sit there and tell me that that is a useable comparison because there is not comparison between Rosa FRICKIN Parks and a women with an assault rifle. Kit, Josh, Jon, sometime I'd love to sit down and talk with you guys and have a friendly conversation about our different view points on politics. However, forgive me if I never agree with you guys entirely on some subjects. Jessica thanks for not posting a negative comment like the other four have. Derek: Oh, and Brianne, I'd rather die protecting my home and family from other people than not do anything about it. Josh: well, Derek, you chose to blast me. and unless you are skilled in the martial arts, which, unless mistaken, you are not, then you would most likely need brute strength to beat someone up. Unless you managed to learn an agile style of boxing. Kit: You started off hostile and negative. Expect to be treated as you've treated others. Brianne: And I'm pretty sure you're not part of the Matrix and can dodge bullets flying at you. Good luck at gunpoint. Derek: I realize that Josh, Kit, and I apologize for it. Josh: And Derek, you did the impossible tonight. You actually made me so angry that I considered a fist fight with you, someone I consider a friend. Nobody in my list of friends has ever managed that, as far as I recall. which, if you know something about my memory, is quite long. Derek: Brianne, did you even read what I said? Derek: Josh, sorry, but I imagaine many different ways in hurting almost everybody I know. It's how I stay sane Brianne: Mhm, and I kinda want to watch what you'd really do in a situation like that Derek: Like I said Brianne, I'd rather die. I know I have next to no chance of surviving in the impossible scenario that you gave me. Hell, there have been times I have actually wanted to embrace death. Brianne: Impossible scenario? That stuff happens every single day in the world. And while you are sitting there embracing death, your stuff's being taken and other people nearby are probably being shot too. Derek: Brianne I said it was impossible for me because it is. In the area I live in there has not been a single break in. And do you even understand what I meant by 'embracing death'? Cause if not then shut up and don't act like you understand. Brianne: Yes I know what it means, you're not the first person in the world to ever use that phrase, in fact it's quite common. I'll have you know that absolutely nothing is impossible, and any neighborhood can be victimized. Burglars don't look at a neighborhood and go "Well, that one's a pretty safe neighborhood, might as well go to the next one over instead" they go "These people have nice stuff, I'm gonna steal it". It's not rocket science. I never specified any time that this could happen either. It could be ten or fifty years into the future for heaven's sake. The point is that it has a chance at happening at some point, especially to cocky little pricks that think it won't ever happen to them. Derek: Brianne, there isn't anything on my street worth stealing and the majority of people on my street are families with little kids. And no you evidently have no idea what I mean, not that I give a damn. Jon: Derek, you really don't help yourself whenever you insult people's understanding of a situation and tell them to shut up. Jon: It only makes them madder. Derek: Except, Jon, I don't give a damn what she thinks never have, never felt threatened by her, and quite honestly, until she can tell me face to face exactly what I mean and am feeling, I have no reason to believe her. Nor do I care if she gets mad at me, because once again, I've never felt threatenend by her. Now I'm signing off cause I'm tired and want to get some sleep... if sleeping is even possible for me.... -_- Josh: Jon is right. If you want to change someone's opinion on anything, you destroy any chance at it once you put their back up. which you did to everyone on here. Jon: Derek, I'm going to say this once: Cut out the "holier than thou" bullshit. We don't need that around here. Jon: Now go get some rest (clear your mind, maybe) Josh: And Derek, I kind of feel like you were overreacting and lashing out at Brianne. that's pretty unnecessary. something you might want to think about.
