Do members there still have to abide by the no rapid fire rule? Because when I went down there once to shoot that rule pissed me off.

No silly, gun is when you've left somewhere, you know, like "I'm going to be gun for the day."
So my Colorado 15rd mag cap ban scare order arrived...
Four fifteen round M1 carbine mags. :v:
Is it expensive because of the ammo and the guns? or is there and entry fee or something?
All of the fucking above :C
ESPECIALLY the guns.

You need what, a lever, a single-action revolver, and a double-barrel or pump. The Ruger Vaquero is about $550, a double-barrel is $450 and a pump is $250, and a .30-30 Marlin is $500. Not too expensive, unless you want all classic Colt/Winchester.

Y'all was saying?
Not to mention new guns cost more in Canuckistan, and our dumb 4.2" barrel length minimum makes getting good revolvers hard, since they have to custom-make limited production runs for us in 106mm barrels.

How dare they pass a law like that without passing out free hacksaws
If he'll let you go with a M44 for 140$ I say go for it. M38's are tougher to find but I think M44's are nicer IMO (plus a flip out bayonet!). With that said, you really can't go wrong with an M91/30 either. If he lets you choose from the 3, get the M44. If not, just take what you get, you'll be getting a really nice rifle either way.
On the topic of M38's, classicfirearms has M38's in stock for 220$.
Searching up the M44, does seem like a nice starter nagant. I think I'll go for it, thanks.

I don't know if you're familiar at all with the different stamps, markings, and receiver styles on mosins, but it couldn't hurt to read up on them before you make your purchase. That M44 you're buying might actually be a type 53. Theres nothing wrong with type 53's, just if you don't like chinese guns you may want to avoid it. Read up on the different stamps, markings and styles here
I was going to spend my tax return on a shotgun but I took my mom and girlfriend out to lunch and bought them stuff instead.
One of these days I'll be able to justify it to them with "home defense" reasons.
Not much, just they took a 500 and made it incredibly easy to take apart and replace stuff on. Like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gf8brxgnjLE
That's actually really enticing. I'd love to get the tactical folding grip and a longer barrel with regular stock for shooting.
Seems like that'd be the best way to go to have the best of both worlds.

Yeah it's super gay and I fucking hate it!!!!
I just want to fire my gun as fast as I want because it makes it really freaking fun.
Our wallyworld finally got a crate of tulammo 7,62x39 in stock for the first time in months. So over the course of two days I managed to pick up 12 boxes due to their gay THREE BOX PER CUSTOMER rule.

I love you. Definitely grabbing one of these.
They also have arsenal refurb sniper nuggets
Been working on that Biden Super Mega Express Double Barrel Semi-Automatic 12 Gauge Shotgun with Detachable magazine.
Had a nearly complete mechanism using an interia-based system when I realized firing one barrel would cycle both actions regardless. :v:
Here's the fancy barrel though:

Think I'm gonna have to settle on gas operated unless I can come up with a locking mechanism to lock one of the inertia bolts until actually fired or manually operated.
Apparently shotgun barrel blanks are REALLY cheap too, $23 on Numrich.
Only fitting solution:
Fire both barrels at once.
I thought about making it recoil operated like an Auto 5, call it a Punch gun.
1-2 1-2 1-2, x28. :v:

The ATF would love that. And by "love" I mean they'd send him to Guantanamo after bashing him with a hammer.

Solution: two triggers.
That 2011 commemorative double barrel 1911 is legal in the US because it has two separate triggers. It'll only fire both barrels if you pull both triggers.

Or maybe have 2 separate magazines and separate actions, like this:

pardon the paintiness
I'd have AK style gas system over each barrel. It would be insanely heavy and probably wouldn't work well but it'd be cool and easy to clean
Goddammit I keep forgetting I need to be over 21 to order ammo online.
Hopefully the FFL I ordered my M38 through will have some surplus laying around.
And Inplabth just posted exactly what I was looking for: a site that will ship rifle ammo to people over 18 but under 21.

MY MERGE YOU BASTARD
Alright, so I may or may not have just spent most of my pay check on an M38 and 880 rounds of ammo for it.
