One of the gun shops near me has a spas-12 right now, only reason it's not gone is because the guy running the shop doesn't actually price anything, he just names the prices of the top of his head when you ask, and he's expensive as a mother fucker. [editline]25th February 2013[/editline] I want it anyway.
yo hellsoldier do you guys have to use those single stack mags in canada? im building my own vz58 atm :3
Got a new gun wagon yesterday!
did you get rid of the cavalier?
yo hellsoldier do you guys have to use those single stack mags in canada? im building my own vz58 atm :3
No, they're double-stack, but pinned at 5. [editline]24th February 2013[/editline]
Ah bollocks to that then. We should still get an Ontario range day going.
We need to pick some weekend and then get aman to respond if he's available and has any toys to bring down.
So I just found a motherfucking PTRD anti-tank rifle for sale in Canada, if I had a spare $3 grand I might have actually bought it. The only problem is, you'll never find 14.5mm ammo. I love that it's non-restricted here, in the US this would be considered an NFA destructive device.
I want a KSG, I didn't know it was in Black Ops 2 until last week though.
the weird thing is it ONLY fires slugs in that game. i think they're tainting the brains of to-be gun nuts.

TACTICAL BABY SQUIRREL KILLER BIPOD [THUMB]http://i.cubeupload.com/6ku8se.jpg[/THUMB] ORIGINAL IDEA DO NOT STEAL
Ah, usually I think lassie faire economics is a bane on humanity, but with the gun manufacturers slowly turning the market against idiotic gun control politics, I say, "Let the Market's will be done!"
Laissez-faire always wins because the people's dollar makes all the decisions.

noooooooooooooooooooooooooo
holy shit shiny
chromed guns never look good unless its like for honor guard or something. i used a chromed M1 Garand in ROTC a few times
I'd like that SKS if the trigger assembly wasn't gilded. It looks the most out of place.
Went to a gun show during the closing hours. Got a nice deal on a Veridian C5L Laser/Taclight to put on my P250. It is a very nice attachment.
Laissez-faire always wins because the people's dollar makes all the decisions.
omg i thought i was the only person on facepunch that agreed with this opinion do you own a flag that looks like this?
I have a plain yellow and black anarchocapitalist flag
good enough
I'm up to ~1800 rounds of 7.62x54r now with a new crate coming in.
That, I'm good on. Russian / Ukrainian surplus up the demon hole.
did you get rid of the cavalier?
Yup, traded it in, got about a grand for it. This car ended up being about 23k with fees and taxes and crap. Going to be probably 2 more to register it.
do you own a flag that looks like this?
I love the symbolism of that flag. The Gadsden snake crowning a sunflower that grows out of gold (fuck you, fiat money). The black and yellow colours of anarchocapitalism, the "Sic Semper Tyrannis" motto on the top left.... Pretty sweet.

How do you weigh yourself if the scale is under the toilet?
Since we're (sort of) on the topic of politics, here's an interesting question: How well would a Socialist/Communist nation fair with something like the Second Amendment in place?
Since we're (sort of) on the topic of politics, here's an interesting question: How well would a Socialist/Communist nation fair with something like the Second Amendment in place?
IIRC, Marx thought owning guns was essential so that the workers could use force if necessary to keep the means of production in their hands and out of the hands of corporations. In practice since communism is always an oppressive dictatorship, practiced socialism/communism is completely incompatible with the 2nd Amendment.
Since we're (sort of) on the topic of politics, here's an interesting question: How well would a Socialist/Communist nation fair with something like the Second Amendment in place?
IIRC, Both Chinese and soviet communist dictatorships eventually outlawed or put very heavy restrictions on firearms so they could oppress their people without worries of a revolution. Don't quote me on that though, I'm not well versed on soviet politics.
Want to know what's good about 10mm, it's that when a scare like this current one happens, all the people buy all the 9mm and .40 and .45, but they don't touch 10mm cause they don't even know what it is! I see tonnes of the shit whenever I go to Cabela's or any other gun store.
The problem is there is no commercial manufacturer that makes full power 10mm loads. The 10mm loads you find in the stores are pretty weak, but still expensive. True full power loads will have to either be loaded yourself, or spends upwards of $50 per 50 rounds from a company that loads true full power loads. I've had two 10mms in the past, and they just aren't worth it if you want to shoot a lot. [editline]25th February 2013[/editline]
Isn't there some wired shit in the US with the SPAS being a DD or some shit?
No, SPAS 12 is fine, the DD is the USAS 12.
Our gun rights (if they ever existed) were thrown to the garbage bin during Allende's communist government, then Pinochet's dictatorship conveniently kept the restrictions in place without changing a comma. It's a totalitarian thing.
