It was at the bottom of mountain lion mountain (the mountain near first light), it went from there to near some lake but not fully constructed.

Although they are taking back their stolen fountain I've nearly got the land correctly shaped for the walls to be built (I was using a [i]borrowed[/i] shovel from an idiot /v/irgin)
