I updated before I tried playing, so it's just always been that way. If there's any way to reverse it and return to the previous driver, I'd be willing to try it. Aight I joined the Steam group. But, I'm thinking about working on my skills outside the village, such as building a cart, near the beginner area before I head to Minges Tirith.

Ryan led us to the camp and that was when it all started...

If they did enable PvP we should have a dedicated security force to deter raids.
