Dig a tunnel under it and steal them. Getting weed with minimal risk, what more do you need? If someone goes bust, it's her, not you.

My opinion on this, if you blackmail her... your as much of an asshole as she is, possibly more. Same if you steal it. She could be using it medicinally, but its not a bad thing just to be safe. Turn her into the cops, and if shes dealing it you could have saved a life (saving some teenager from getting high and ruining their life.) So.... whatever you decide on doing.
