itunes cause I don't give a fuck
really it's just to manage my ipod
This is the case with me also.
Winamp.
It's good enough for me, really.
iTunes, because it's simple to use.
Foobar2000.
Winamp gives a really low volume output even if I set it to full.
foobar2000
Used to use Winamp before and tried it out again recently, can't stand it however.
Winamp.
MediaMonkey.
Spotify. I have a huge online library, plus my local files.
Spotify when it was free, now i use Itunes because i need it to sync ipod
Windows media player.
VLC
winamp
i've used itunes, foobar, clementine, and shit even WMP at one point or another
they were all good and fit my needs (at the time, saying this mainly cos i only used wmp when i only had about two to eight albums) but i'm absolutely comfortable with winamp, adding tracks to clementine was weird for some reason in my opinion, though.
I realised today that Itunes 10 ruins the scaling up of album art function. You can set it to "large" but it ends up being 160px which is large apparently :v:
So it was worth not updating to that crap.

I have rejected every update for months because my internet is too slow to actually download them. :v:
I would use winamp more but it seems a little "un-extravagent" for my tastes.
Yeah I think that means I'm a sissy but oh well. :smugdog:
Aimp2.

On topic: iTunes, Spotify
I use WMP mostly. It's quite decent for a media player, but recently it started to have problems with displaying album art properly.
Itunes. It's a complete piece of shit but I like the grid view by artist UI and I'm unaware of any other players that do that.

I updated my itunes today because I thought my language files were messed up. Then realised Itunes 10 is really terrible, so I downgraded.

What's wrong with it?

They buggered the album art view. That's the essence of it imo. :smugdog:
Spotify for music while playing and so on.
Winamp for radio

There's nothing wrong with the album art view. It looks awesome. :colbert:

Foobar2K on Windows for my library and MPC / VLC for individual files, Clementine on Linux, and VLC for Mac. I find Spotify too expensive, sadly.

I want to SEE the glory. Itunes 10 makes the album art look like a postage stamp.

Too slow and rigid for my tastes but it's a nice feature.
