Personally I believe this thread is severly biased, just saying.
Sverigedemokraterna is a populist party abusing popular issues in our society like, longer punishments in prison, integrating immigrants into society and all in all a better Sweden. The SD party leader is some 31 year old with the greatest skill of all time, being charismaticy. Most of his facts about immigration numbers and crimes commited by immigrants are severely exaggerated.
He also wrote an article about Sweden or even Europes greatest threat, Islam which had around 7 out of 10 facts wrong.
Myself I'd like to social democrats to win if it weren't for Mona Sahlin.

Sure, but if people want to fix those things, why does it make the party a populist?
My solution to the immigrant problem : No welfare that discourages working for foreigners, they can enter the country only when they have a job found from the country, one-way-ticket to hell when committing serious crimes

yes its true that we have alot to thank the immigrants that came here in the 60's 70's and 80's since we needed people in the factories, and we gave alot of people good work, and a new chance for those who wanted it, but lately since there is no work, and alot of the people that comes now doesn't seem to want to adapt, we are only getting more cultural bashes and racism both ways. instead of fixing it, both ways.

Usually only the extremes and idiots get their voice out on the internet. Since very few have the urge to write about something they really don't care that much after all.

Even though it is anecdotal and in no way a proper argument I would just like to add that every single SD voter I know is a young, xenophobic male.
i know quite a few 40+ SD voters
no one in my age is voting SD asfar as I know.
When we're on the subject; Does anybody know if the ND is still a proper party? They were thrown out from my school a couple of weeks back and there seemed to be conflicting opinions whether or not they are an official party or just a bunch of nazis.
