Yeah Doris leaked. It's alright so far, I like the live version of 20 Wave Caps more, it just sounds more energetic live.
Burgundy and Whoa are my most favorite songs from Doris so far from what I've listened. There hasn't been a full leak to my knowledge, but there could be more goodies with the full album.

Just make sure you buy it on the 20th. Sweaty man needs them sales.

alright, okay, if that's how you truly feel about it then
I'd give Doris a decent 6/10 tbh. There are some great songs, but they cast such a shadow over another fraction of the album that just makes the rest of the album seem undesirable. [sp]Also, RZA says literally 2 short lines on Molasses, pretty weak imho.[/sp] Favorite tracks off of it are probably Sunday, Guild, Hoarse, Knight, and Chum. I'm going to give it another sit-down listen tonight: I hyped over this album so much that I at least owe it that. [editline]d[/editline] Also, am I the only one that likes the censored version of Hive more than the uncensored version?
i'll give doris a 9/10 , the best OF release after Bastard
Sasquatch is awesome
OH YEAH? If you're a real OF fan then who's BrandUN Deshay??
OH YEAH? If you're a real OF fan then who's BrandUN Deshay??
considering its in the lyrics to yonkers, its not that hard to know stop
OH YEAH? If you're a real OF fan then who's BrandUN Deshay??
I fucking hate people like you. Who think someone has to prove themselves to like something.
Didn't know there was at that point, bro. I've downloaded the full leak and yes, there are alot of more goodies on there.
I fucking hate people like you. Who think someone has to prove themselves to like something.
I don't know for sure, but that seemed like a joke from my perspective [editline]16th August 2013[/editline] I mean, since when did using two question marks imply seriousness?
Fuck! Sasquatch is sick. Love burgundy, 20 wave caps & centurion too. The album didnt blow me away though.
Okay, so I kinda over-anticipated Doris I guess. Don't get me wrong, it's good, I liked all of the tracks, but the time it took for it to come out and how ridiculously overhyped it was by OddFutureTalk etc was pretty silly. I probably need to listen to it some more, but it didn't blow me away first listen like Wolf and other releases did, it kinda just gave me this sense of "oh, well it was good I guess".

It's nice to see someone else that didn't fall into this hype-trick. I believe the album would be a lot better if it wasn't over-hyped; the hype made me assume that Doris was going to be some kind of masterpiece of OF and hip-hop as a whole. I agree that it was good, but it was nowhere near as good as most people are / have been perceiving it.
20 wave caps and Sunday = best doris tracks imo fucking love those
hype is imaginary, give the album a chance to stand on its own for christs sake. with that being said, no complaints, pretty much what i expected in the best way possible. Knight was my favorite and Sasquatch is probably the worst. your standards are too high if you weren't impressed with this, either that or you don't like earl homie
Sasquatch and Hoarse are my favourite tracks on the album. I really like Earl he's actually my favorite rapper in OF, and my standards aren't all that high, I just don't think he put as much effort into the album as he made out. He has a ton of potential.

My favorite tracks out of Doris are Burgundy, 20 Wave Caps, Hive, Guild, Whoa, Sasquatch and Chum. Didn't live up to the hype where people kept saying "THIS WILL SAVE HIP-HOP" or some shit, it was decent, good, and a step up from his mixtape. I like it.
