Here is what I mean. As you can see, it's almost like it's doubled the vertices in a few spots but it's absolutely only perfect and standard four-edge and 1 vertice intersections everywhere where this glitch is occuring. I just discovered that the turbosmooth modifier gets rid of them. Using edit poly's smoother does not though. Many edges with extra vertices that don't meet other edges.
I posted this dude a while ago, but I totally finished him now, rigged him and also made a basic scene: As you can also see in the pictures I modeled and textured a low poly browning hi-power: Really like how the texture on the gun came out. Since it's all supposed to be low-poly if anyone's got any tips on reducing polycount without making it too much blockier they'd be nice.
I LOVE that art style. Awesome job, dude.
For the texture style, I was mostly inspired by Fear Effect, I REALLY loved the way the characters looked in that game:
those guys have much smoother faces, just slightly pixellated because of stretching yours looks more like pixel art i mean thats totally fine if you wanted that difference on purpose. its neat anyway. although you should work on the eye shape
Man now i wanna play fear effect again!
Well... It looks like you have a ton of N-gons. If I work on a different area of the shoe, eventually those strange invisiverts will appear on parts i haven't even touched. If I put a turbosmooth, the invisiverts go away.

XIII was an awesome game.
Been replaying Ocarina of Time lately, decided to do this.
Needs 2 pixel wide microbevels /selfparody
Hey guys, check out the qoute on the top page of the new p3d tour. http://p3d.in/tour I guess emailing the staff pays off :v:
almost done. just need to do shoelace holes and inside lining which should be really easy. I need to redo the tongue which is also easy. then bump/disp for the stitching on seams and done!

You seem to be able to do some pretty decent stuff though. Nice modeling.

I know this sounds wrong but could someone post a edged faces view of a crotch area on a male human? Preferably without the parts, I'm trying to figure out a good way to model this area but I can't figure it out.

15 Inches... You could kill someone with that.
Does anyone here know some good advanced 3dsmax tutorials?
I'm currently working on an intro for myself. But here's a preview, I will send the video of the animated one later.

Haikould make the pants when I finish the shoes :) I'm trying to make the shoelace holes but i can't find anything to make it so they're all the same size and perfectly square. Any advice? NVM I decided to use boolean with cubes it worked almost perfectly.
