DSP Megathread v. LOOK I'M PRESSING THE BUTTON BUT HE'S NOT DOING IT!!! HAHAHA. - General

His chat always plays the game for him. Remember in MGS 1 when he swore he wasn't getting help from the chat but he would frequently say "How do i do this?.... Oh ok. Oh right."

I decided to watch him play Amnesia; he wasn't doing too bad at first, but as he goes on he frequently blames the game for his own follies. He missed two oil barrels and complained later on about how he couldn't see anything because he ran out oil. But then again, this is the normal DSP experience.

He beats Cloud on the 1st go(the first time you fight him), beats Cerberus on the second try, beats Leon and Yuffie in the coliseum in one go also, and beats Clayton and his Heartless in one go. Sometines you guys give way less credit than he deserves. He's made some great progress in the game, until his console bricked in the middle of the stream. Good luck trying to find anything for a "How NOT to do KH" video though. :v: GTA V, what problems? He's been causing chaos in the game and loving every minute of it, even if it's unintentional. The viewers loved his mayhem may I remind you.

If hes on Normal than thats not impressive at all.

DSP is the funniest guy he knows. He's constantly laughing at his own jokes.

It's funny, in most games where a lot of people complain that a certain part of a game really pissed them off because they were too difficult (ie the Archimedes arena in GoW Ascension), and Phil would beat those gripes in one or two attempts, surprising everyone. Ironically when he died a lot to Seathe in Dark Souls with phantoms, he beat him solo in ONE attempt; all he did was run counter clock-wise to avoid the attacks(which worked, only losing a quarter of his health in the fight) and attacked his tail. At that point he was fed up with trolls and invading and ignored the chat for the fight. Trust me, when he does something that troubled most gamers he beat them in one go.

This game is stupid.

Kingdom Hearts on anything that isnt on critical isnt impressive, except maybe KH1 on proud, but not 1.5 since it has AI fixes, camera fixes, and reaction commands if im not mistaken.

I was watching him play Splinter Cell: Blacklist. He was playing it on Normal and continuously failed to use the stealth mechanics and gadgets, and complained incessantly. I think the author could have cut out more of the cutscenes (less spoilers, shorter video). But I'm happy he cut out most of his stupid jokes that were always followed by his own laughter.

It's funny how much of a DSP apologist maddogsamurai is. DSP is a massive, rude, hypocritical, unlikeable cunt who sucks at video games (and yet gets paid for it). He constantly shits on games and other people for his own mistakes. He doesn't own up to them until he has been called out on it a hundred times and even then he gives a non-apology most of time where in he'll throw around excuses like not being an "elite pro gamer" or "doing a master pro run". Give me a fucking break, this dude's a talent-less hack who doesn't know how to do anything himself. He relies on charitable help from others and then if something doesn't work out 100% he will throw them under the bus and curse their name for eternity. That's not even mentioning his bi-polarness, for lack of a better word, with games he's playing where he will spend the entire time saying the game is garbage and the devs should be hanged then at the end he's like "It's a good game I had fun 8/10". What in the ever loving fuck!? Sure as hell didn't sound like it! I challenge anyone to name a single redeeming quality about this guy that isn't "Well he's losing popularity!".

He also said he isn't there to "look good" at playing games either. That's what I recall from one of his vlogs early on in the days.

Nothing wrong with continually cocking up easy bits in games. Recording that is great too, many people like watching that stuff. Being a massive dick, on the other hand, no thanks.
